Very cohesive design, nice death animation. The generated levels are pretty hard, especially because it is a 1-hit-death situation.

I like this one alot. Cool character, cool graphics, cool sound and style. Just a cool little man on a cool little quest for some cool docs.

Really nice graphics and audio, the "feel" of the game was great and felt really smooth. The mechanics were interesting and I liked the way the camera worked. To improve, I think that a life system would work well as I seemed to die before even touching the ships. But all in all, great game!

Amazing graphics! (The death animation!!)
Having to walk before you can attack in a certain direction feels a bit uncomfortable though (-> enemies are pretty strong). Over all very nice work!

Impressive work. Nice graphics and animations and cool gameplay with generated levels. UFO's are especially hard to beat when they attack you from above. It's quite easy to get stuck in a puddle and just die. I get that with the UFO's it doesn't really make sense to have health or multiple lives. Maybe it would be nice to get the choice to start a new level or to try the same level again (and keep your collected documents). I also didn't really get the connection with the theme.

The highest score I managed was 4/10 documents, but I rate this game much higher :)

I liked the art style of this a lot! The controls are snappy and fast, too. I generally found the enemies to be a little difficult to deal with though, often coming straight from the side of the screen and killing me.

Dying instantly from UFO's felt too punishing. It made them feel way too difficult because I couldn't really practice fighting them to get any better at it. When one shows up, either I manage to push the punch button fast enough or I don't, or I'm pointed in the wrong direction, and if I failed it takes a while of loading and then running around before I get to encounter another UFO to try again.

Nice graphics, challenging game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 40 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBdKV67omDA
