Dance Dance SACRIFICES by Ever
Welcome, welcome !
...to our second LDJam entry (and first for our graphic designer Lola)! With one new talent in the team we took the opposite approach from LDJam42. No abstract black-white-grey game this time, we have a colorful and vibrant entry for you all! We used Lua and LÖVE2D as well as Audacity and Photoshop.
We hope you will all be entertained, for it's time to make sacrifices!

The Game
Your gods demand sacrifices! Not one, not two... but as many as you can make in a week! Using the ancestral ritual of the Great Hand-Free Sacrifice, you shall dance their bidding til they are satisfied. Don't make the mistake to disappoint them even a single day.

Controls
Use the Arrow Keys to perform the ritual "No Hands" dance and sacrifice men, women, pets and chickens to appease the divine wrath. Don't make a wrong step or you'll have to start from the beginning! Make enough sacrifices each day to avoid punishment.

A dancing game really should have some music, though. It just feels off, not having any music at all like this.
I agree that some music could greatly improve the experience!
The art looks very nice, it's all well put together and coherent. Fits nicely with the theme as you are quite literally making sacrifices. I liked that the patterns were not completely random so you could learn them (almost like combos). This made the game a lot more satisfying to play after a while.
Great humor, I never thought I would play a rhythm sacrifice game haha
We are well aware that music is the biggest thing that our game miss, but we will probably start a post-jam version soon and music is at the top of the todo list so stay tuned!

increase the number of clicks in one combination because the cost of error is high. Mb u should add new 4-buttons combinations and people must be play faster to complete level. Also Imo, should change combination after fail. Because every user has personal uncomfortable combination and better I will skip it then will try to do it correctly and slowly. All in all is good!
But except those details, I had fun, the game is beautiful, and still nice to play, good job :D!
