This is one of the few games I am keeping on my computer. Thanks for the fun game!

Cool game, I'll have to come back to it. Be nice if there was some music.

Oh man, those barbarians got the best of me quite fast. I love kingdom simulators. I think it would help to have a easier overview of inventories and stuff.

This is very pretty. Reminds me of A Dark Room. Main issue I had that it was hard to figure out what the food balance was doing.

This was cool. I'm not sure when/if it ends but I beat the barbarians 3 times I think?

That was fun. Temmy is right it is a lot of clicking to check the stocks. Some images would be nice in the book.

This is pretty cool! It feels a lot like a turn-based clicker game. It only took me a few minutes to run out of content, though. I would be interested in an expanded post-compo version that adds a little more complexity, and a reason to keep playing after the first 20 or so turns...

I'd also like to suggest trying out my compo entry, [¶City](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/city)! I combined two very similar genres, though came up with something that plays a lot differently.

It was a little too easy to win, but maybe i tried too hard! Some more stuff to do would have been great, like iron and leather was in the game but not used for anything which was disappointing. But it was kind of fun in the beginning!

The barbarians are here! But in the end I won, on the N attempt :) Nice and pleasant game, would be good to get more

Thanks everyone. @Temmy @faloon you guys are right i didn't think about that while initially planning it. I went hard on the CYOA thing to go ask the Chancellor about inventories. @RilleP I had intentions of adding an iron mine building, and do stuff with leather to be a requirement for some troops i had planned but finally i ran out of time so i had to cut the features in the end. Thanks again to everyone who played..

Pretty good. Well made. Sometimes a bit tedious

Really nice concept, I love the book pixel art.

It would be nice to see how much population I have or how much food is consumed per turn. And I ran into a bug, but cannot reproduce it: My people were starving and somehow I suddenly had -1 Action Points and I could just go crazy and do whatever I wanted as long as I had the resources. No more "not enough action points" and I went down to less than -100 ;).

@KayZ Thanks for playing the game. When people are starving you get -2 action points till you have a positive food flow. I agree the resources should've been visible somewhere instead it is under the chancellor dialog. Thanks for your feedback.

Great concept. The game is just lacking a quick and easy way to check inventory and military power. Maybe with some sort of bookmarks? If you keep adding content to this game, I will definitely play it again!

@Yanek Thanks for playing yanek. I am definitely planning to improve it and build a post compo version.

I liked the pixel book! Nice concept of building to the raid. It did bore my quite fast, but to be honest these types of games are not really my cup of tea. Overall nice entry!

It was a shame that I wasn't able to get an overview of how many workers I have. Some music and sounds would have also spiced up the experience, as others already pointed out.
Other than that, really enjoyed the game. Great job!

Nice idea and solid implementation. Adding some illustrations would be a great improvement, and some music could really help set the mood, but all things considered this is a great compo entry. Good work!
