Sex is Nature 2017-04-25 20-44-52-12.png

Explore the world and watch it change through you.

WSQD to move around.
Escape to quit.
You can probably stop the game once you see the whole world.

It's still a bit rough but the french presidential elections made it so much harder to focus.

I felt weird playing this.

The title felt a bit clickbaity. It didn't really feel like it had something to do with sex, although I can see what you mean and how the would could be related. I must admit that I didn't complete the game fully, as it felt really slow and I couldn't really find anything anymore.

The controls were a bit wonky, although I did get used to them after a little while.

The graphics were quite nice.

I liked the idea of changing the world through your actions, although I quit before I really saw that.

Thanks for your feedbacks! It is indeed a bit dull.

@xoidberg Oh yeah? How so? That was kind of my intention depending on the weirdness you felt.

It was.. interesting..

Hard to categorize, as there's not much to do but collecting spheres and see the landscape change (at least it does seem to change).

Cool!

I would change the camera angle though, so that you can see where you are going.

Very trippy! The controls were very hard to grasp though, maybe it's a combination of the controls and the camera angle. I like the graphics quite a bit.

Was there supposed to be audio btw? Nothing played for me, it would have been great with some psychedelic stuff playing.

Strange... But that seemed to be the point. If there was deeper meaning then I have to apologize as I missed it. If not then well, I do actually love seeing odd and unusual experiences like this, the kind of thing that just doesn't get made outside of game jams! Whatever criticisms I might have had for this game are nullified by the fact that it's your own expression, a surreal artwork that the rest of us might not fully understand, but that is unique and special in a way that most games aren't.

Quite liked the graphics and the animation. Controls did feel a bit wonky (mostly at the start though).

Might win an award for the world's trippiest Snake game. Enjoyable, but once you start to collect a lot of the orbs, it seems to get less easy to pick up other orbs as your snake and orbs get bigger.

This leads to a lot of cases where you have to repeatedly coil yourself up just to pick up one orb, and navigating the landscape with the odd camera angles is challenging enough.

I enjoyed playing with this - it was like playing snake in sand dunes! Not entirely sure how it relates to the title - but it was an interesting experience. Would benefit from making more levels with different landscapes.

Thank you all for your feedbacks!

The camera acts in weird ways sometimes yes, sorry about that. And there is no audio.

The idea was to have a huge snake by the end but the physics kind of break after a while!

That's so contemplative, I really love that!
It was really nice to explore that whole world, even if I'm not sure if I've seen everything!

I love the movement of the thing you control, and in a way I find the camera behavior really interesting and really pleasant!

A really enjoyable entry, congratulations! =)

Interesting game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 38 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :)
