Some things I think the game needs:
- Some kind of score UI (maybe "Time Alive" or something like that), in order to communicate to the player how well they're doing.
- Some simple sound effects for running and the cutting off of limbs would be nice.
- Maybe some obstacles that you have to jump over. By the way, I noticed that the fatigue doesn't go down faster when you jump. I think that would be appropriate.
