The power of blood by Arknostik
Vampires used to be kings of the dark age, their brutality was so vast that the moon bleed from all the slaughter and destruction, giving them more powers than they could ever imagine. But, when mortals started to fight back, the blood moon began to fade as vampires were getting killed and the whole race started to flee to save themselves, as they were stronger, but fewer.
If vampires really wanted to continue their kingdom of doom, they had to kill and feed the blood moon's desires so It wouldn't run out of power.
Your job is simple, Kill as many villagers as you can! If you don't provide enough blood for the blood moon, you'll lose your battle.
Controls:
- Left Mouse: Hold to walk
- 1, 2 and 3: Use skills, skills may need villagers nearby.
- Esc: Quit/Go back to main menu

Nicely executed. The concept was really cool. The graphics are polished. Loved the sounds! :D

I think more of the non-aggressive villagers would make the game more fun and perhaps some upgrades. The achievements were a nice touch though!

1) The game sends its sound through my Oculus headset by default, which also open the Oculus app when I boot up the game.
2) Clicking play shows me this view: http://i.imgur.com/01pjsm7.jpg and essentially makes the game unplayable.
@p-dude That is true. I've checked and apparently the templated used to generate start files had code for VR, but as we didn't have vr setup on our end we didn't manage to encounter those bugs. Thanks for the reply and We'll fix it!.

We know the difficulty is pretty intense and the power ups are not well balanced, we didn't manage to get everything pitch perfect on time, haha!
This is really fun and also very nice to look at, well done!
But the game is nice. It needs further testing for me.
All in all I enjoyed my time playing Power of Blood. Solid work.
The abilities really are the star of the show here, they are all great. I would like the cooldowns to be just slightly faster, especially for the dash. The gore and ability effect particles are on solid second place for me.
The achievements and titles are a nice addition, but they could be less generic. *Kill X amount of Y* could be *Fry 3 fatties with dark magic*, or something like that.

Some suggestion:
1. Add some feedback of being attack, at the first several run, it feels my HP just drains up without I ever notice it. You could add some fx or simple HUD text to notify player that they're hit.
2. Too hard to see the archer's arrow or tell which is archer, this reduces the incentive for player to raise skill;
3. The package 188MB is kinda too big.
I have a bit of a problem with the archers, as it was quite hard to tell why I was getting hurt, and only realized it when it told my how many archers I killed at the end. I would love to see all the different villager types to be more differentiated.

Overall a very polished game, but too difficult imo - the blood drained way too fast, even if you were killing a lot of villagers it wouldn't be enough. Also the guys with the pitchforks charged at me at an incredibly fast speed lol that was weird.
This is the only game i've seen in this LD made with UE. It has a lot of stuff to be made in 3 days: leaderboards, achievements, graphics looks very good, and the sounds too. Good job guys!
The key is to save the lightning skill to when you're running out of blood.
Also, never stop moving forward and remember to change directions to avoid the arrows. Use the bats as much as possible. Managed to get ~9.000 points and put my name in the leaderboard.
Challenging and rewarding. Cool achievements if you kill +50 of the same type.
