About the game

You are an all powerful alien. You shoot projectiles all around. You obliterate whichever is obstructing your progress. You are also only 2cm tall, so even this box with toy blocks feels like a vast world to you. Can you survive it to the end?

  • Use WASD / Arrow keys / Left analog stick to move your ship
  • Use SPACE / Button A to shoot
  • Use Left-ALT / Button B to switch projectile size
  • XBOX 360 controller supported on Windows

Nice little short game which fits the theme nicely. I got a highscore of 12488 points after a few runs.

Fallingbricks are sometimes difficult to avoid because they fly offscreen.
As in your previous games I like the music your game has. The graphics are clean and simple too.
Overall good job!

Nice little game. It was fun to play. On my first run I got a highscore of 6,000 or so. But I wasn't able to beat the purple rock throwers, but I guess that's the point, you have to figure it out. But nonetheless, great game.

Very catchy music, although quite loud. Seemed quite difficult to avoid new blocks that where being created. I didn't see the need for the different ammo types, maybe they should do different things or have different fire rates.

I enjoyed this a lot! It's a very unique combination of physics puzzler and shooter. I like that you need to make the bricks fall on the enemies to kill them instead of hitting them directly. To really capitalize on that, though, I would like to be able to aim my shot with the mouse. That would really let me feel more accomplished for hitting the pieces correctly and making them fall correctly.

The concept is unique, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the music was awesome!

Really enjoyed the music a lot for the game. The little people were somewhat frustrating as I never fulled figured out how to kill them. When you say squash them I first assumed with the ship but that didn't go well, but I was never able to get blocks to fall on top of them. The game is a solid experience, and my only complaint was that it would have been nice to have a fire delay; at least when using the big shots. It was really easy to spam out the huge shots and fill the screen with them, causing all kinds of funky collisions as they bumped into and overlapped each other.

Nice smooth visuals, really like the purple tone. ;) Music was nicely done and chirpy. The gameplay was a bit too simple as I could just hover on the top and spam bullets to pass.
Potential tweaks:
- Limit to nr of bullets, so you have to switch between the two while the other regenerates.
- Fixed blocks (with diff color) that you cannot shot away, which force you to maneuver
- 'Bomb' mode shoot enemies beneath you (and killing an enemy blows blocks away?)

Anyway, nice chirpy game.

This was fun, it was like Zaxxon meets Angry Birds. The soundtrack was really groovy, and I loved the physics of the projectiles. Good graphics, too. Great job!

We had fun playing this game! Good use of the perspective for a 3D scroller. It was funny to block the ennemie's shot. We would love to get some powerups like multiple shots / high speed / bulletproof...

If I could suggest an improvment, it would be to diversify the obstacles/ennemies.
Thanks for this entry, the music is also very good !

The music is a great strength of your game for sure. But all the game work well. it's pretty fun to play and i did some runs with real pleasure. Most of the time i just avoided the enemies more than trying to crush them. Thanks !

I really loved the effect of the ship as you moved up and down. I wonder if there is a mass difference to the different bullets. as in the heavier one pushes more blocks then the small one. This would work very well if there was a shot delay included, so you have to choose between a spray and pray style of combat vs the slow methodical timed attack. As it stands I didnt find myself needing to switch weapons really at all. Well done.

Entertaining game. The music is very good. It works perfectly in Firefox except for the left-alt key as you say in the description (it's always better to use another keys). The way it works with physics destroying the scenery is good. I think the two weapons aren't necessary because there aren't too many differences between them, and it's really weird you can destroy everything except the enemies who attack you. Anyway is a good game made in a really short time. Good job.

Fun game! Didn't understand what you meant with "squash" the little dudes, ended up kamikazeing them a couple of times until I noticed some debris falling over them. Catchy music! Great for 24hs!

Very fun game! The graphics work very well for the style of game this is. The music is catchy and I found my self bobbing my head while shooting, and the sound effects are serviceable. The small world theme here I think is a bit abstract. I took from it that this is an abstract vision of an alien invasion. I could almost see this in a comedy movie about fighting aliens. I think having a small text box showing show up that says like "Paris, France" when the blocks that show up look like the Eiffel Tower would have gone a long way. Then again I might be totally off.

The one thing I didn't like about the game is the score nature of it. The optimal strategy seems to be just, shoot as many time as possible. I think it would have been a more interesting game if each block only gave points once, or if every time you shoot you lose some amount of points. Then the score would be more about being efficient with your shots as opposed to how fast I can spam my keyboard/mouse.

That is a minor quibble though and something that could be changed with a line of code or two so not that important. Overall great job! Had a lot of fun playing it.

I like the graphics and the ship behaviour. Hitting space constantly makes everything fly around wildly :)

Fun game. The graphics were cool from what I saw and the music was fitting to the game. I had a problem with the left-alt button which kind of ruined my experience, since that button closed the game for some reason. I couldn't switch projectiles. Anyway great job!

Phenomenal music! I also like it, that you took your time to include X-BOX 360 controls, should have done it in my game too. I didn't knew, that it would work so well in WebGL. The low poly objects work pretty well and together with the blocky shots the graphics look quite consistent. All in all a really good game and a funny way of using the unity-physics.

Well done!

I like the idea, that you can't shoot the enemies directly. A small but fresh detail. All in all it looks good, runs perfectly smooth on my old laptop, the sound ist right on point - the music is groovy and the input works out if you use mouse instead of keyboard for weapon change :D

So well ... 24h? ... i'm diggin it :D

Nice game! I like the idea but I think it will be hard to get it to work well. Right now, the game is very hard. Absolutely love the music and the art is nice too, though simple. Good job!
