Neat graphics. The music and fx are a bit loud for me though. I didn't really know if there were other controls though, because of the treasure chests haha I tried opening those but couldn't figure out how or if I could. You guys added a lot of content which is really cool. Keep up the good work.

@walterp Thank you! :) Yeah we initially wanted some items that give bonuses coming from those chests. Though time was flying... :D

Guys it's nice! I realy like the mood and the pixel art. Looks great ! You opted out for graphics, did you create art during jam as well ?

Really cool mechanics with some awesome art. Although I had a hard time realising how you upgrade / get new abilities. All in all though, a really solid game that is really worth playing.

I realy like your game, and i hate these demon ><.
I'm unable to go deeper than the second floor, maybe i'll try later ;). Is there a way to heal?
I had some bug with the camera. On web version i don't see the entire room and on windows version camera doesn't move when I change rooms.

Nicely done! I really like the music, it's catchy, but feels tonally dissonant with the rest of what you're going for. I think the recharge time on the attacks is pretty brutal, not super fun. But overall really well done!

@sebastien-bourgeois We had an artist, but he ditched us :( So I did some of the stuff, but there's also a lot from asset-packs (which is why we opted out on graphics)

@awerar Upgrades are available after each floor :) Though the screen totally lacks clarity. But well, we did what we could in the timelimit :D

@becher Yeah I should mention the web-version should be played fullscreen. First time we've worked with unity, so the different builds might be a little weird :o

@sam-machell Well, playtesting-time was way too short. We'll probably update the balancing during the week :)

First of all, props for a mac build xD! Second of all, SICK GRAPHICS! The world feels very alive and I think that's very important in a game like this. Audio is also very fitting and cool. Games mechanics seemed to have worked just fine for me, so no complaints there. If there was one thing to say, just the upgrade thing was kinda weird for me, but might be just cause I'm stupid. Oh and mood 5/5. A really good game guys! Congrats!

Fun game, cool to see multiple builds, I think the main thing that needs improving is the cool down on the basic attack to let me attack more. The dash is really satisfying being able to combo your attack right after it to get the guy at the other end of the room too :)

@raffe Thanks you! The sprites are taken from asset-packs, but we at least tried to get our own touch into the mood with lighting and particle-effects. And yeah the upgrade-thingy needs improvement :D

@rein-elmer Yeah right now we're thinking of reducing all cooldowns as well as the damage. Not sure though, since right now it's more of a tactical gameplay which fits the dark theme

Great music! I like the art style as well. Unfortunately i made not the best choices of upgrades after the first stage and died a quick death :)

I love the ambience and the music so much! The main character moves a little too slow imo, but it's still fun regardless.

Nice little game.
Good choice on starting abilities, dash and melee feel great to use them together ^^.
Also, I think I'll let the music running in the background for some time :). Really great and fits in with the game.

@grllle Thank you! Yeah well balancing might be a bit off atm :D

@orbitalblueprint That's true, were thinking of making theh gameplay a little more fast-paced

@vanleiden Yeah I was kinda unsatisfied and like "meh, maybe lights will help". And suddenly the whole thing got a hell of a lot better :)

@yohsk13 Yeah I wish we had a few more abilities to choose from, but oh well. Gamejam-limitations :P

I really like the main menu music. Sadly I Can't give you 6 stars for that. The athomosphere is great, but the melee cooldown is a little high even after leveling it a few times.

Awesome game, only problem is it could be difficult to aim an attack. Best game I've played yet.

This is a really great game. The attack animations and the graphics are nice. The idea is well executed with different upgrades, and the game is fun.

Decent game, liked the music. Wish the enemies didn't know I was coming before the room even loads, and wish there was an explanation of the abilities before starting to play.
