Narrowing by optimatica

Narrowing640.jpg Your personal space is crushing you. The only option is to destroy blocks and move forward. Be smart, because only certain color blocks will help you proceed. And don't forget to break the debris, because it is the only way to obtain points which you can spend on upgrades.

Inputs: * WASD - move * Space - jump * Left Mouse button - shoot laser

Who doesn´t love a bit of destruction... kinda addicting to destroy all the boxes for maximum points... I guess the reason i didnt get final door is that there was none. Since I had definately filled the goal for door opening. Graphics are marvelous.

Perhaps this is the best game I've seen in this competition, I do not understand why it has such a low rating

This was awesome! The graphics are really cool and it's very satisfying to mine blocks. The walls closing in give a real sense of pressure and the sounds add to that very well. My strategy was to mine the blocks I needed to open the door and then to mine as many as possible from the safety of the shop room and it worked very well ^^ One of my favorite games so far! Good work!

I only played the original one since i assume it's the one done in time. I didn't really get the strategy for getting good bricks.
After cleaning an entire room i didn't had enough to open the door.

Graphics and audio are nice 👌

Way to much debri, and effects, it's so chaotic, but it did capture me for a good while

A pretty solid game. Could have included some music to make the time spent more worthwhile. Also I had hard time distinguishing the color of different blocks before they were destroyed. This meant that every level just became a mindless grind to find the right blocks.

Interesting concept. Is it possible to get past the 3d door?

Is there and end of this game? I could get to the 10th door or the 11th (I don't know I wasn't paying attetion what is the door number when I jump in for my life) One of the best games I played so far (40 games).

Amazing! The graphics are incredible, clean and pretty! The mechanics worked really well too! The only issue is that it is a huge guessing game about which bricks are which color, and that is an issue when you have to go for specific colors to reach certain doors. I'm not sure what caused it, but the game crashed due to a "fatal error." Maybe you should get on that... Anyway, the theme fits well too, and the mood is quite well done! Overall, incredible job!

Cheers!

Very satisfying game. Also, the only FPS ive played so far which is suprising. Very polished also.

It's really polished, but it's also very simple and gets repetitive quickly. Like everyone else said, I think there should be a way to tell the block's color from the outside, since it is just random guessing. Adding items or enemies or something in the blocks would also make it much more fun.

What does laser size do? I just put almost all of my points into laser power.
