[Release]Rhythm Tower Defense by Positive7
Controls: - Pause Menu : Esc , P - In-game : Arrow Keys
Description: Hit the right arrow key when the note icons are above the input indicator. Default ball (bullet) for each tower is 3 when activated and maximum is 10. Collecting more points will upgrade active towers with +1 ball (bullet). There is not really an end for the game. It is always a Game Over, but you can test how far can you go. After level 15-20 (depends on points) the maximum level is reached and is basically the same level all over again.

The fastest speed is definitely fun!
I wish the beat of music lined up more with the timing of the key presses; my foot was tapping to the music and throwing off my timing on the keyboard, ha ha
But overall, pretty good for a marathon game!
Good job!
@nash It does have a slight impact when upgrade point reached +1 ball is added to all active tower the default value is 3 and it can be increased to 10, so the towers don't have to reload that often. Which is pretty handy at levle 10+. I'm not sure why my feed didn't get updated with the description.
EDIT:
Updated description (Sorry for my English, I hope is not much mistake in it and it makes sense)
We also did a rhythm tower defense! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/orcs-must-jam
Sadly, I found this difficult to play. The layout of the keys didn't feel natural and the background behind the arrows blended too much in, so it was hard to see which keys I needed to press. And the key presses were not tied to the beat of the music, so it made it hard to get the timing right. I would recommend fewer arrows so that players could watch the battles and not have to focus solely on timing. I would also recommend using the DDR key layout if you use the arrow keys because it is the de facto standard which many people will know.
