However, I'm a bit confused as to how to reach the birds on top of the power line :| I've found the closest I can do is kick myself off the side walls, and try to launch myself towards them.

@rootpew - yup, that's pretty much the strategy! The closer to the ground you kick off the further you'll launch. Thanks for playing!
