You're Dr. Micro a doctor who has shrunk himself down in order to save a patient from a strange virus. Your assistant tries to relay the instructions you gave him as you were not sure how shrinking would effect your mind.

Such as be careful your boosters are really fast and don't pop the blood cells the patient needs those!

Now onward before its to late doctor!!

Game breaking bug fixed: a small change was made to the door to allow players to go beyond level 3. There was a issue with how it was looking for if all viruses were destroyed.

I found a bug that when you move too fast in the virus room you can go out of the screen...

Cannot get past the *Take it slow* level. The patient always dies once I get to the exit. Maybe I've accumulated too many dead red blood cells at that point, but it would be nice to know why it always happens there. Nearly suffered the same fate as @nnnikki, but, as luck would have it, popped out of the wall at the last moment.

It is a pretty cool idea. The movement system is tricky and the crux of the challenge. Shooting is mostly useless as the bullets kill way more cells accidentally than when ramming a virus. At least you are in control that way. Healing the cuts is tough due to the long bullet lifetime too. Thematic design decisions both and they do heighten the challenge thus, in the end, the amount of fun. I can appreciate that.

The graphics do their part and the audio is ok too. The voice over is a bit too muffled for my liking. Didn't even listen to it the first time around as the volume was so low. It isn't needed either, but it sure is a nice touch as if someone was talking outside the patient.

Good job in all.

Capping the speed would fix the popping out of the screen bug. (however it could be argued you go flying out of the patient's body XD )

The take it slow level is probably way to hard for its own good. (I should of made it just a tiny bit wider)

The voice over could of been a bit less muffed and louder for sure, kinda rushed that part.

But ya, thanks for the comments guys! :D

Couldn't help but chuckle at the ship bouncing everywhere! The game becomes quite fun once you learn how to control the ship. I really liked the interpretation of the theme.

My game would also end after entering the exit in the "take it slow" level. I'm assuming it's the last level, but since the loss screen pops up, I'm not sure. Unless hitting into a single red blood cell causes a losing state for the level upon exit.

Overall, nice entry!

Love the idea, very fitting game for the theme, congrats! I love how this could easily be expanded into a really educational game while still being great fun (for example lot's of different deseases/viruses/bacteria etc.) as enemies and choosing the correct kind of shot to kill them (whatever help against the specific enemy in "reality")
Nice work!

An interesting idea, too bad it was implemented horribly. The ship is impossible to control. Rework the controls and I bet you would have a good game. Also the voice, dude, don't do voice over if you have a horrible mic, it only ruins what little you did for this game.
Also, pay to play the game? Are you kidding me? Why did you think that would be a good idea?

Very tough to control, which made for a pretty limited experience. That said, I liked the mechanics - the bullets with the theme in mind worked pretty well.

The game isn't pay to play its a donation if you don't want to donate click the link that says just to take you to the game, its just how itch.io works sorry for the confusion.

As for the ship controls, I tried to make as many things work with the theme as possible, so the more speed you have the worse it is. If you are having trouble I suggest tapping rather then holding down.

and as for the mic, I tried to make it sound like the person talking is outside the body, I was a bit to heavy handed but trust me my mic is actually pretty good lol

Haha, I wasn't ready for that much speed! Gotta go fast!

A bit too hard to control it though, I ended up bouncing around like a mad man pretty quickly. Otherwise, a pretty strong entry with a good idea. Congrats!

Very fun game which I had a love-hate relationship with from the very start :)

The controls, while frustrating at first, add a lot to the gameplay, although I would rather a little bit less bouncing. I was determined to get to the end of the game.

However, it doesn't seem necessary to fire a single bullet. The cuts don't seem to do anything if you just pass by them, and a single bullet will do more harm then good in eliminating viruses, so the theme doesn't end up coming across very well.

Overall, though, a really fun experience! Great work!

This was a tough game, but it was silly and charming. The controls and movement need a bit of work, I never did make it to the end due to the bouncing. But other then that Great job!
