For some reason, OpenAL wouldn't load so I opted out of the audio category!

This game is hard to learn, but once you got it is a good base management game!

It looks like a neat game, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to display.![OrcsInSpace.jpg](///raw/f81/9/z/845f.jpg)

Cool RTS, but i felt that going with the regular style of mining a resource and then producing in Buildings feels better. With your style a Shift to Queue Option would make the game feel a lot better.

This was so much fun to play! You did a good job keeping pressure on, but leaving enough breathing room to recover. I made it to about 90% power on the nexus before the lings finally overwhelmed my defenses.
Terribly Awesome Games

I played this for a long time! Really fun and engaging! Pretty well balanced with some interesting decisions that need to made. Good implementation! I thought the size of the next incoming attack was just a bit too unpredictable. Perhaps a warning when a big attack is incoming would give the player a greater feeling of control. Great job!

Good job with the game. It was fun to play and the art worked well with it. As others suggested being able to q commands would be very helpful. Overall nice game.

Fun game!
I didn't have any audio through the whole game, which seems to be a bug. but the game overall is fun!
It feels like I keep getting zerg rushed! haha

Really lovely game, It's pretty simple but nice and complete and polished. Definitely like the starcraft-ish theme. Not so much of a fan of the robots being too dumb to automate tasks, less clicking would definitely be appreciated. Also the turret self-discharge over time is pretty annoying :)

Another thought I had, is this would have been a pretty good setting to pan the sound based on where in the map it's occurring. That's always a nice effect.

Overall enjoyable and not oppressively hard, I was able to finish it on the first run, with only a few robots lives lost. That push at the end though.. it was close. Impressive use of scripted events to add dramatic tension to a simple game

I played this on stream at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/163826993 - Time 2:56:00

Hey i really loved your game! Im a big fan of starcraft 2 so i was immediately hooked. Managing the bots can get kinda challenging but overall a great game!

I loved how this game is pretty much a really, really condensed version of Starcraft 2. And even though I really, REALLY suck at RTS games, I still had a ton of fun with your game, even though it became so stressful for me! :D
I can't really say too much negative about it. The only minor things I noticed were the tutorial not being 100% clear for me on what to do, and some weird lines popping up at the edges of the tiles (only rarely though, and might as well be my system).
Great job you two! I would love to see this game being continued in the future!

i really like this game, i had problems to undertand how to protect the base when the gun went out of energy, but you should keep working on this game.

It was pretty hard to understand how to play at first.
I like the idea of the game. A bit of an RTS and a tower defense at the same time, great !
The graphics and sounds are very well done.

Once you get used to the commands and understand how to survive, it's a really good game! It's well balanced and the music set the ambiance quite well. I like the pixel art too !

Hard to understand but not impossible. Once you get it, the game is pretty cool... exept the difficulty ! XD I found the game was too hard passing the first 10 minutes. I think it needs to be more balanced between the energy needs, the workers's health, and the ore needs.

But despite these remarks, I found the game very fun and catchy ! I loved to play it. Congrats !

Finally got to play it! Whew! Went through it three times to finally beat it. Thanks so much for putting up a graphical fix. This game gets really hard as time goes on, so you really have to work toward efficiency if you want a chance to survive the late waves. But the difficulty was tuned just right so that once I work it out, it's definitely possible.

The graphics were absolutely phenomenal; I love this sort of style. Nice sounds and all. Very good work.

This is a pretty neat concept. Sort of an RTS crossed with a tower defense game. It's basically Star Craft but with a focus on the resource gathering. I like the hectic feeling as you got more and more workers and had to make sure they were all doing something. It's smart how the enemies that go after the base and the enemies that go after the workers are different enemies and have difference color schemes so you can easily tell them apart. It's also very good design to have the enemy spawn rate go in waves so that you get a big wave every so often with a couple smaller attacks in between. It gives you those big climactic battles with enough time in between to prepare, but it never feels like the threat's gone away entirely, keeping you constantly on your toes. Those moments where you are getting absolutely swamped by a big wave of enemies are the best parts of the game. I had a really great time playing this game and it certainly is a stand out entry. Nice work!

It was a really well made game, with nice art that reminded me of Commander Keen. At first it's a little bit difficult, but trying more times allows you to get better. Unfortunately it gave some errors when I opened the game, about not having Vulkan and OpenAL, so I couldn't hear any sound. But it was fun and the lack of sound didn't make it any less better ;)

Great job!

The micro-management was a bit rough, but you did capture that old-style RTS feel perfectly! As others said the big wave attacks were perhaps a bit heavy - I couldn't summon the patience to finish it after dying at 10 minutes for the 3rd time...

Gave you 1 / 5 for humour - just for having a game called __Orcs In Space__ that doesn't seem to contain any orcs...

Nice game, balanced and very complete. The only little problem is that it gets a little frustatrating to control a few robots because you need to tell them both were to collect resources and where to drop them, unlike other strategy game; probably you couldn't do anything different given your mechanics, but still it feels a little odd.

An interesting game, but it blew my PC to bits when I tried to exit it, had to hit my power button and cancel the forced shut down once windows became responsive again.

So cute and nostalgic I just can't. I'd love to see more playable units, the minimalistic approach suits them perfectly. I finished it on my second try, but the first failure was undeniably ny fault, so no objections on that part.

I had trouble rtying to figure out the controls. The sounds of the little bugs scavenging the motors are a bit too repetitive and, well not very pleasant.
But : the graphics are really great, the concept is fun and reminded me of the games I played when I was young, so thanks for the nostalgia! Good job again
