Space World by lagoe

Hi everyone!

screen.png

Plot:

"All humans escaped from Earth with rockets and capsules because it started eating every present human. Because of this, Earth begins to deteriorate and shrink. The only way Earth has to save itself is to look for humans in space..."

Info:

Initially, the game had to have different levels, in which you have to "take" an established number of people. Unfortunately I did not have enough time to create more levels and enemies(or sound), so I make just one "endless" level.

However, the goal is to destroy the white capsules, and "take" the human inside. You have 3 lives, which decrease each time you hit a meteorite, or a capsule.

Controls:

WASD - Move the Earth; Left Click - Shoot;

Link:

Play on browser only (you need Flash): Link

Thank you and good luck!

Space potatoes keep killing Earth D:
Simplistic, old school kind of game, fun to play. Graphics are decent and game gets harder with time which is nice.

I liked how your shots came from the moon, so you had to sorta think about where the moon is compared to you and the asteroid when you're shooting and the asteroid is getting closer.

One thing i did find weird was the controls, the planet seems like it was moving on it's own and was very floaty. also strange how you can swap to the other side of the screen horizontally but your blocked off vertically.

very cool though

Had fun playing this :) I like how the shots didn't come from the centre so it was a bit more difficult to play. Sound effects would have made it feel more complete. Overall nice game!

I could not get the game running: Flash is super insecure I won't enable it on my computer due to the security concerns surrounding it.

Neat and pretty challenging pretty soon - I only scored 4 :) I like that it's shooting from the orbiting satellite thingy, I like the graphics. Good job :)

I wish there had been more than just a browser version to run. I couldn't get it to run on chrome, and I don't use other browsers

A little tricky to stay stable, which causes some trouble getting the people. But overall, this is a simple but fun game, welldone!

Nice graphics! The game is pretty challenging, the best I could do was to consume 3 humans.

I like the game! Like many of the comments it reminds me of asteroids. But did not control as well. Other than that I had fun! Good Job!

Asteroids with a twist. Controlling Earth was pretty hard, with huge inertia, but I guess that's to be expected when you're flying entire goddamn planet. Wish there was more objective oriented gameplay with collected humans acually useful in some ways (like them building some kind of planetary defense system and helping you shoot meteors down.)

Very hard to pick up humans because of the movement system. Fun game.

I couldn't run it on chrome, I had to, unfortunately, use Edge. Anyways, great game and loads of fun!
