Game concept and theme are actually really cool. The idea of collecting fuel to sustain the light (before you run out of power) while at the same time gathering materials for upgrades works well. One suggestion is my game seemed to glitch out on my second run through so the player perma-runs in a direction. This carried through to the next play through. On a more positive note, the web player ran perfectly fine in Chrome for me, very accessible.

Made it for 6 minutes and 19 seconds with an Uzi. The game is very fun, I only wish the spawn rate for the fuel was a bit more often. I liked the whole selection of weapons as well. What you could do is to make craft-able fuel, so the player would have a choice in either crafting a gun, or making some fuel.

Great job!

Nice game that fits the theme well. I think you struck a good balance between staying in the safety of the light and having to go out for fuel.

Cool game! The core mechanics are great but there's lack of "game feel". I sugest you watch a talk on youtube called "the art of screenshake". Basicly, you should add some screenshake particles, sound effects when you kill an enemy or shoot a bullet or basicly when the player does anything. Especially the upgraded guns. The cool weapons should have a lot of particles and screenshake to make them feel good. Other than that, I really liked the game.

I like the idea, but I found very difficult to buy anything or actually progress(I usually die within 3 minutes as I run out of fuel and don't know where I can get it next). It would be nice to actually get more fuel as time goes by.
Also you should add a score mechanism that rewards both enemies killed and time you survived.
I liked the idea of the safe area and the fact that you need to venture out to actually survive.
Graphics was ok (especially for the presence of animations), and variety of the monsters was good, eve though it was fairly basic.

One of the most solid concepts I've played today! Rushing out and rushing back in make for a simple, yet effective experience.
Also, is it me or is the music disabled by default? It's good for the mood you were going for, so you should consider enabling it by default instead.

Your generator concept is a sweet take on running out of power. I have some experience making sure generators don't run out of fuel, so this one hit home for me haha. Well played! Good balance in having to get back in time, and avoid the night beings!

I like the concept of your game, and you've managed to make a decent game out of it!

However, the game lacks some details like particles or small animations. I guess with some more time at hand you could make the idea into a very nice game. :)

Edit: Sorry for the triple post. I was impatient enough to click publish again after the site did not react for a while :/

I like this game. Pretty simple and fun.

Had some problems with WebGL version - controls sometimes stuck and the avatar just ran off uncontrollably in one direction.

Concept is really cool. It`s simple game but challenging, becouse enemies are fast. And that web version works also in Google Chrome.
