You could use polygon colliders for the spikes instead of box colliders. Clicking on the red and purple buttons will give you a reward at the cost of some health.  I had a little trouble navigating between screens sometimes but after jumping a bit was able to figure it out.  One minor thing is that I think your jump input detection (spacebar) makes it to where if you are touching a wall you don't fall down.
