We really wanted the theme to be floating islands, but ended up building a strange collection game instead. Here you play as a lonely beetle looking for flower petals in this peaceful zen garden. We hope you enjoy this mini demo and peaceful world of flying around, exploring; and we'll see you in four months for the next jam.

How To Play: Flower petals are centralized on the main island.

Collect as many as possible and deposit them at the shrine toward the bottom of the island for maximum points.

Controls: WASD- Move Mouse- Look Space- Jump F- Fly/Walk Mode Q- Ball Mode (currently bugged and not working) J- Restart Game Shift- Running E- Deposit Petals at the Shrine

Lead Programming: James Tusha Instagram

Art, Music, & Additional Programming: Alex Reyes Twitter Soundcloud

Sound Design: Joshua Damian Soundcloud

List of Features to Come (hopefully): - Import the Rest of Environment Models - Ball Mode - Full Character Animations - Menu and Title Screen - Lit up Paper Lanterns - Environment Model Scaling - Variety of Enemies - Flying Goals and Petal Rings - Particle Effects - Boost Jumps - And a lot more!!!!

I think this game has a lot of promise, however it is really lagy, to the point where it is difficult to play. Also it would be nice if the camera was a little further away from the beetle

This game looks like it had a lot of potential, but ended up being unfinished. Visuals look pretty nice, but controls and buds spoil it for me. Sound effects are questionable and gameplay is slow. It's a shame, because screenshots look great, and the idea of playing as a beetle is enjoyable.

Really nice pretty graphics. I liked the audio. I kinda wish the controls were displayed at least once in game and I wish esc would exit the game. Still cool concept.

It looks like you've made a good start. It's a shame that you ran into problems because the atmosphere is really nice. I look forward to seeing where you take it next.
