Sadly - I can't get this to run. I downloaded the EXE and the resources. When I run the EXE, a window appears but then quickly disappears. I have put the resources in the same folder as the EXE. I have also tried putting them in a sub-folder called "res" but that didn't help.

Please provide installation instructions or create an archive with the files ready to go. Thanks!

Same as above, I tried to run it but couldn't; I also confirmed from paths in the .exe that the folder should be "res", but the program starts and immediately exits.

Digging through what the process is doing (via sysinternals procmon) shows the clue that the exe tries to open "TheSharkinator.l4j.ini" in the same directory as the exe, it's possible this file is necessary and missing, as it never attempts to load any of the resources in any path.

* Double click on the file
* If that does not start it then go the dir the file is in, in cmd and type : java -jar TheSharkinator.jar
