Lightbulb by somethinboutgames
An idle game all about keeping the power up, for as long as you can. Will you last minutes? Hours? Days???
To pass the time, you can use the mouse to play with the lightbulb. Absolutely useless, but fun nonetheless
'P' to recharge
'H' for help
I apologize if I, again, messed something up with the Mac and Linux exports. Please let me know what I did wrong so I can fix it, thank you :)

I really like the whole playing with the bulb thing, though
Overall nice job.
Overall nice job.
A fun little experience. As others mentioned some secrets would be nice like randomly swapping the bulbs shape after it leaves the visible area. The timer may be replaced with some kind of power measuring display.
The background color changes with your powerlevel, the goal should've been to keep it up for as long as possible, maybe even multiple hours. I realize though, that I didn't really make that clear or entertaining for that matter
I liked the subtle sound effects (they felt a bit too low here) and how it pans the sounds on the stereo spectrum.
Good job there! ;)
Overall, a nice little time waster :P
Likes:
- lovely rubbery band effect
- I finally have something to do while waiting for my internet to come back up
Try differently:
- I think I tapped P so fast, I maxed out the bulb for a long, long time...
Overall:
- different from all the games I played
- still fun! :)
- PRO TIP: Pulling the bulb across two 1440 wide and one 3440 wide screens and then letting go is EPIC

Games are about choosing actions to win and not to lose. Sometimes taking no action is the right call, but to do that all the time? It all becomes trivial to say the least.
I like to call clickers and other idle software *time wasters*, but one of my more diplomatic friends suggested *passive experiences*. I'm fine with that. Watching paint dry sure is an experience, if you can stomach it.
I like the physics though.
