I wanna play your game, but I have only Linux Mint on my machine. Couldn’t rate you. See our game (it’s multi-platform written on LibGDX)

Well built levels with interesting obstacles, good audio (although the background music was good, it was a bit repetitive). Nice art style and simple but fun gameplay. Not much else to say,

I enjoyed this cool little puzzle platformer. I'm somewhat confused about the camera though. Clearly you were aware that it was hard to get a good idea of whats happening so you added a button to pull the camera back, but why isn't the camera just always like that? I don't know why my view has to be so limited and it just made me quite frustrated. The platforming controls feel tight and I liked the puzzles, they were a nice interpretation of the theme.

### Good
- **Graphics style** is cohesive, maybe remove level backgrounds to remove noise
- **Gameplay** feels well designed
- **Controls** feel good

### Could be improved
- **Wall jump** feels quite akward, too "snappy"
- **Background music** is too repetitive

Great entry, congratulations for submitting!

Additions:
Initially I chose level 3 and got very confused, maybe lock some levels.

Sometimes the levels get frustrating, this one for example:

Hey nice game, it's cool to switch which wall is coming to you. Easy to play and understand, it's cool ! Nice job. Nice art style too ! (LOVE THE NEONS !)

Very nice work! I really like the neon futuristic art style. I like the mechanics of the game as well. It was satisfying to use the enclosing walls to my advantage to wall-jump past certain sections. It was also fun to flip the switch and use them to destroy orange platforms.

The music and sound effects were pretty good too, although the music loop felt a little short. It seemed like the same 4 bars were being repeated for most of the game.

The wall jump felt a little jerky as well, but it worked well in the game.

Great work!

Hey! I liked the idea, also the controls felt pretty good, honestly, the wall jumping tho, felt a little bit clunky it didn't feel smooth enough for me. The levels where cool yet a little to easy for me. The graphics looked nice to! I also think that instead of "running out of space", the player is just using the walls for their advantage, so in that sense i believe the game its not so related with the theme.

Nice job!

Pretty sweet idea of a puzzle game. Also visually very appealing.

This game is brilliant. The music is some of the best I've heard come out of a jam. The jumping off walls could be smoother, but that's my only gripe. The puzzle mechanic was really clever, I really enjoyed the ability to stick to moving walls and the use of that mechanic to beat levels. The puzzles themselves were also really clever and interesting. Super polished entry, very well done!

Oooh this is cool. Puzzle games aren't easy to make, but this is brilliant! It goes perfectly with the theme and has a nice glowy feel to it and the puzzles are both fun and challanging. It almost reminds me of portal ^^. The mechanics are great and the instructions aren't too few. I don't know what there's not to like really!

Nice game~ I love neon :smile_cat:

Pros:
- Cool idea
- Assets

Cons:
- Some levels I pretty much ignored the switches and rushed for the portal

Cheers!

It's a great game. I loved the overall look, and the music fit the game very well. Also, good work on incorporating the theme! My only criticism is that the wall jumping could have been smoother, but otherwise good job!

Nice take on the theme. Like others found the wall jumping frustrating but found the puzzles cleverly put together and you creatively use the theme to make the puzzles work. Nice one. -RS

This is a nice puzzle game, well done! I like the art style and the mechanics and I've had a good 10 minutes playing the game! The levels could have been a bit more challenging though and the laser sound is a bit too loud in my opinion. Overall a good job and nice implementation of the theme!

I really liked the minimalist art, the music was good. I enjoyed playing through all the levels even though some of them seemed to have a super quick strat where I'm not sure if it was the 'intended' way to do it since I seemed to skip part of the level. Awesome work, very nicely executed game jam game! :)

I liked the neon effects and the level designs. Wall jumping feels a bit weird though. Nice game!

Fun little game. Played very well, except for the wall jump being a little bit too fast for my taste.
Music and effects were very nice and well made and the graphics was simple but tastefull.
Very nice tutorial level!
Well made game!

The wall just shoots you out, felt ok after a while but the point where it is introduced it feels terrible (and it is a pretty unforgivable place where it does this). When introducing a new mechanic it is often good to show the strength of the mechanic. So if the first place you wall-jumped you needed that shooting wall-jump thing I think people would have enjoyed it more. Nice art style btw

That's one of the most solid games I've seen on this LD so far!

The only small complaint I have is that most levels didn't require much thinking: you just move forward, pressing all levers along the way, and the exit is always right ahead :P

Best and most polished game I have seen all jam! The music is amazing and I really really like the neon graphics. Polished gameplay, sometimes frustrating but cool/different levels. Great Job!!!

The jumping didn't seem to be that big of an issue to me, but nonetheless fantastic work.

This is utterly fantastic, I think this game has legs outside of the jam with a little work. The music loop is a bit short and doesn't loop perfectly, and the walljumping needs some refinement. That's all I can think of to say besides that it's fantastic. I didn't finish it yet, but I will come back for more.

hah, left the game open while writing that and noticed that if you leave it at the start of a level for long enough all the lasers turn off ;) might be a tip for anyone having a hard time beating a level.

Very nice! A couple small things, the game didn't seem to work full screen and I thought the levels weren't necessarily progressively harder. I did like the puzzles though and I feel like the number of levels you put together is pretty impressive! Some of the puzzle games I've looked at only have three or so levels because puzzle games are tricky! Well done!

This was good. No complaints, difficulty was perfect. Puzzles were great, I finished it all the way through (can't say the same about many games this jam so far). Add an actual character model, more levels and you could put this out. Music was perfect for this, well done.

@everyonewhocommented Thank you guys so much for the feedback! @g4mr @eatthepath isn't there a way to submit it to a ludum dare steam thing? I've seen it on steam but I have no idea how to actually submit a game...

5 stars to the theme. I love what you did with this interpretation of the theme (quite similar to mine, but with a different execution). It's super controlled, and the Level Design is really clever. Well done!!

Great combination of a puzzler and a platformer. Really, no complaints other than wall jumping feeling a little off. I'd love to see more!

Wow, great level of polish here! The graphics, while minimalistic, were good. I really liked the bloom effect, and the music was great. The levels themselves were a little rough around the edges, but the idea is solid and I think if you were to develop this further, you'd have a great puzzle platformer. Great job all around!

Very good gameplay I just wish there was an indicator to inform that I could bounce off of walls. Level design was unique and offered a great challenge. Great game!
