Nice little point and click adventure
I think the game might be a lite to hard on normal? I was struggling on it :sob:
Adding and improving this would make a really cool game.

Well i got to the grey guy on normal. I like that there's different difficulties, very cool concept!

Super wacky game! Definitely it's an original game. A few sound fx and relevant words to the situatuion would enhance the experience. Good work!

Fun! Normal was pretty hard. I never beat the grey skeleton other than on easy. It seemed tuned for an easier mode, or maybe I'm just not good at word searches (which is demonstrably true.) Nice job using the fighting game genre as mainly a theme for a timer based word search game. That is a great use of time, and it fit nicely. I like the art, too.

Great job!

I like the combo system! It made me feel like I was in the zone, and contributed to the beat em up genre. The graphics were consistent and set a nice tone for the game, but more graphical variety on the enemies would have been nice. The sound effects are satisfying.

The mash up of the genres was effective, but the gameplay gets a bit repetitive, I think it would be cool to bring in some more mechanics from the beat em up genre. Maybe different types of attacks with synonyms or something.

I had fun playing.

Great work :)

I like this. At first I played easy and then got bored and went to hard. I was really happy to see that the way you upped the difficulty was adding more words instead of making the enemies attack more or something. The art style seemed fitting for a game like this. It sort of seemed like an old educational game, which worked. If there were some changes, even just visually to the enemies maybe it would have stayed interesting longer.

A very simple concept but it works. Maybe you can extend the content of the games by also adding shapes or colours instead of words. Or you could have coloured words and sometimes you have to match the word, other times you have to match the colours. Good work!

interesting little idea, but I would like a keyboard driven version more :D

Good idea. I saw a Ludum dare with the similar concept where you have to find the antonym of the word.

Nice idea. I think it would more interesting if the words were in a some sort of word cloud. Good job!

Nice entry! It will be greater if you make shaking words!
