Unity dll not found

The download archive doesn't appear to contain the 64-bit version of the Unity Player DLL, and also lacks the Mono folder, making it unplayable. Copying "UnityPlayer.dll" resolved the first issue, but since I use C# 6 for my projects (creating a "MonoBleedingEdge" folder), I couldn't copy the Mono folder over properly.

Repackaging is necessary to render this playable for the end user.
