Post-compo fixes :

  • typo and font display bug fixed,
  • crosshair black on export fixed,
  • time left display fixed,
  • added key to restart game,
  • added key to quit game,
  • fixed position of an object so you can win the game,
  • fixed some collisions boxes (so you don't get stuck or cheat!).

Mkay ... so you need all of the rocks to lift off :D ...
Perhaps some message on the whatever machine this is would have been nice. "more energy required" or whatever.

Really stressful ... and you need some power to run this, else it's just painful to control.

But it looks nice, the atmosphere is great. Controls are a bit WTF :D. Why use ESDF instead of WASD? Every time i started it i had to make sure my left hand is positioned right. But it works out ... just confusing at the start.

Oh yeah ... even when it runs smooth, the physics could be better. I never had that much problems running through a door. And all that with a time limit :D

But as it's a compo entry i don't mind most of the problems i mention here ...

I get what you were going for with the keys, but esdf is a rather uncomfortable placement.
Interesting entry though, took me a few tries to piece together what I was suppose to do, then a few more to get it done in time.

Very beautiful entry. I notice special efforts on the mood. The lights, the models, the landscape are very polished ! The timing to finish the game is so tight! Maybe add voice acting could perfect the game?

Nice, polished game. I had a little trouble getting used to the keyboard controls But I appreciate the bug fixes you've added post-compo! I have to say what struck me the most was the graphics/colour scheme - you set the mood you were going for, great job!

Good looking game, it sets an atmosphere very well. I tried to complete it several times, always run out of oxygen needing just 1 or 2 seconds more to make it. The time limits should be a bit lower. Great graphics, very impressive for a compo entry. Have you really done the textures and models yourself?! They look so professional.

Loved the mood and atmosphere of the game. It makes a game like this with simple mechanics worth playing. I liked the colors and the grain filter. And the music made it feel like a John Carpenter/Stanley Kubrick movie. The controls seemed a little laggy, maybe my PC was not able to handle it. But overall, really nice contribution!

The actions in the game itself aren't that challenging, but adding the timer and oxygen were a quick and effective fix. I felt pressured, but I wouldn't like this for a bigger game. ^^

It was a bit frustrating if you get stuck at some edge, because of the time pressure. :-/

the controls were a little weird with the ESDF thing, but the atmosphere of this game made up for it.

I really loved it. Thanks for the experience.
