Dungeon Dealer by ponywolf

Hark, ye olde master of the Dungeon Dealer. You must stack the deck in the favour of our mighty hero, for he knows not how to choose what to do next. Take care my old friend, for the more cards you get, the more dangerous the dungeon for our noble knight.

Tis a lost art indeed! Many a Dungeon Dealer are now under the employ of various dens of ill repute. Such as casinos, cruise ships and the occasional used car lot. Aye, but with a steady hand and a keen vision of the future, you just may be able to succeed where others have lost. Enter with care!

There are two things I can think of that didn't feel quite right to me though. First, it was a bit frustrating to get stuck with a useless card at the start of a series, like a potion when at full health. Having a setup phase for that could be nice? But at the same time I liked how fast paced it was so maybe that be a bad thing? The second thing was that the RNG really stomped on my enthusiasm when getting to the last monster with full health and just losing completely at random, though I don't have an idea how that could be balance easily though, so I understand it's like that for the jam.
