I don't know about the mod, but this is a really fun concept. A creative approach to the theme combined with solid mechanics. The game was just difficult enough. In the level with the double gu it was nice that you could fully eradicate one side.

Over all well done, especially the end was enjoyable for me. You just beat the game and it pops in your face: IT WAS ME ALL ALONG.

Very well done!

Quite a fun game, would like to see a longer version of it! I think checkpoint would have been nice after each level and the sprinklers need to be nerfed :P Right now the best strategy is rush into the gü, place a sprinkler and you basically win.

@jelbre i was cutting it really close, but i completely forgot to make the sprinklers die if they got touched by Gü. but i don't want to cheat, so it's here to stay until the voting is done :(

@denneledoe I think that even if you were to add that in, they would still be OP since all you would have to do is spray for a few seconds before placing it.

Really fun game, and I love the strategy that comes from the very simple mechanics. The sprinkler is very satisfying to use, and I found myself playing the game a few times in an attempt to completely extinguish the gu in the second level. (I never quite managed it)

I would have loved to have some sound and music. Also, something I missed in my first playtest is the ease in which you can beat the final level. You can just mosey right up to the red gu and fire at it from within. Some sort of health system could prevent that.

Overall a really enjoyable experience. It would be great to see it expanded with some additional levels and maybe some new types of goo and anti-gu technology.

Great work!

Fun game! Could have benefitted from some \*smacks lips\* juiciness, but it's a solid entry!

I'm not quite sure how to pronounce Gü though...

You misspelled "sprinklers", the correct is "sprinkliers".

Fun little game~ Specially the 2nd stage was quite fun! The first stage I felt maybe too long? The stage is so big and only one place to protect  And the final stage I liked the idea, but I just rushed to the boss and sprayed on her~
Also just one thing I thought it was a bit weird was the spray speed, when I moved it seemed I moved almost as fast as it :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Other than that, the design was nice and the different settings very appreciated! Great work!

A blockland mod? I played the crap out of that game back in the day! I remember a mod kinda like that but I can't remember the name of it!! there was so many really good mini-games/mods for that game, thanks for bringing up memories!

also the game plays nicely

@shp does "super creeper" ring a bell? ;)

An enjoyable game! I had a lot of fun shooting stuff. The mechanics interact well together and the theming is on point. Great job!

Interesting concept. I liked the spreading of the poison and especially the second stage was more fun than the first. The graphics where very rough though. For me there was some kind of satisfaction missing when i cleared the poison, maybe a small burst or something like that.

Great graphics and the audio really helps you get into the game.

Very neat :)

Love the design of the missions, esp. the last one. This feels like it could be enhanced with more missions, and protection bonus/penalty, depending on the number of houses or other things you protect or fail to do so.

Well done :)

I really enjoyed it. It was a good idea not only to protect it but to be able to attack at the end. Stage 2 was particularly difficult, but it is fun to find improvements. Great job!

@awix like, i can appreciate constructive feedback, but a snarky comment like that isn't gonna help anyone

I enjoyed it quite a bit, as evidenced here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9yDyS27Iams
Just that the game was running in full-screen mode by default messed things up for me in terms of screen-recording software. Other than that: Very addictive!
