Took me a bit to get the hang of the tank controls -- definitely adds a level of difficulty.
Also, my chicks fell off a cliff and I laughed, am I a horrible person?
Did you actually complete all 3 levels? I've not heard from anyone that has yet :D
Something to re-visit in the future perhaps!
And it doesn't make you a bad person, you was just bringing them to *salvation* as the chicken gods desired :o
The tank controls really are the game's biggest strength and weakness. On one hand, they make up the main gimmick of the controls and on the other hand, they are probably the first things players blame when things get hard. It's fun to skebop around though, so it works out in the end.
Your engine is really well done. If you hadn't said anything I would have assumed it to be made with a premade engine. Didn't notice any bugs either. Impressive work!
edit; I'm tired and totally overlooked the Edge part, iirc Edge simply doesn't have support for WebGL2 yet because MS is slow at doing stuff :p
Btw. my Vivaldi browser doesnt run the game too, so I used Chrome.
There's no reason you should get that sort of performance out of that sort of hardware, I think you're the only user to experience this so far :(
**FYI:** I played it in Firefox Quantum and it was buttery smooth.

One critic: I really dislike this kind of movement behaviour (rotation by A&D, move in direction by W) - I'm curious how it would work out with WASD in directional matters
Couldn't beat the first level :(
Control scheme is an interesting idea. Maybe some more visual cues would help judging one's speed and jumping direction. I had a hard time judging from where to jump.
Looks really cool though,so nice job.
But anyway, solid concept, fun game!
The graphics and physics are really good
tl;dr you bhop around to gain speed.
Really well done, nonetheless.
Keep up the good work.

It's probably me though, the game looks just fine. :)
Controls felt a tad bit too unprecise - in aiming and when you try to stop. This game would definitely need some learning curve, though! I love the idea, lovely implementation and polish.
I really liked the death/respawn level animation, straight from a quality puzzler!
You just have bounce around and try to keep your chicken shaped jet plane from spiraling out of control and going for a dive bomb in the ocean while managing to keep your baby chicks from committing suicide...
I love it.
Nice graphics. I am really impressed that you've made it using pure C.
Just look how my struggle is real

Unfortunately, I think that mechanic was poorly communicated. I don't see why a chicken should be able to go faster by repeatedly jumping, and it doesn't feel right for a chicken walking on grass to have such a slippery slowdown when releasing the arrow key. Even in your description you are hiding the explanation of your core mechanic behind a cryptic "I CANT FIGURE IT OUT!!! Watch this" link, which makes it seem like the player is expected to figure it out on their own even though the game does nothing to lead the player towards that discovery. Speaking of not guiding the player very well: I still don't know if I'm supposed to throw my chicks at the yellow arrow or if I'm supposed to gather them all around me and walk past the cliff myself. I also have no idea what the yellow egg does. I see that there is a game somewhere in there, but I can't play it, because the rules are too unclear and the controls are so frustrating that I don't really want to spend the time to figure it out.
(I didn't rate the game because I did not feel like I saw all there was to see)
