Button Button by kathy12345
Mr Puncehead is trying to motivate a bunch of impatient officeworkers to play team building games. Play the two traditional versions of Button, Button, Who's Got The Button? and see if you can influence who wins.
• single player plays six characters
• third person
• puzzle game
• PC
• two control buttons and two real buttons
• progress measured in tie growth in Level 1 and hair growth in Level 2
• characters in ties reflect the tied theme
• the whole team will win if you can guide them through Level 2
Level 1
Begin as Mr Puncehead explaining the game to five office workers in a circle. They stretch their hands into the circle and you touch all their hands, secretly passing the button to one of them by pressing your G (give) button. Accurately time the handover to ensure other players do not see who gets the button. Unless you want one of them to...!
Press C (choose person button) to choose who will guess first. If that person chooses wrongly, the person on the left continues the guessing until the guess is correct. A person with a button cannot lie and must say they have it.
For every wrong guess, your tie grows.
When a person guesses correctly, their tie grows instead. Now Mr Puncehead takes their place in the circle and that person will be the next one to secretly give a button. You are now playing as that character.
Level 2
When a tie is long enough, the group tears off Mr Puncehead's button and starts playing the second, faster version of the game.
The last winner stands in the middle of the group and [G] gives the button to anyone. All group members pass their arms behind their backs and the person in the middle must choose [C] who they think has it.
This time if the guess is correct, the person's hair grows and they stay in the middle and give the button again and after it has been swapped around, choose another person again.
If the guess is incorrect, the person holding the button has hair growth and gets to go in the middle and give the button and choose who they think has it.
When the person in the middle attains maximum hair growth, every member of the team lights up and their hair spirals into a cone in a sign of successful team building.
