Hope of Humanity

GameJolt Link

Test given to the remaining humans on earth to determine who is worth saving to preserve humanity.

I just wanted to complete a game for this jam so this time I stayed focused on a simple idea and ran with it to completion. Ideally I would have liked to have more time to build more challenges into the game / add game mechanics to add pressure in later rounds. In the end I'm pleased to have something completed that should present a reasonable challenge to anyone who plays it.

Fun game, but had trouble with the typing, since I use a spanish keyboard. Overall, really entertaining!

Pretty interesting to play. I felt like a dumbass though at the end, the ending line really sold it. Good job!

pretty cool game. Kinda struggle at first with what to do especially with the pizza. I couldn't get the numbers correct I don't know why. Overall, pretty challenging and interesting interpretation of the theme.

Nice little game --- I like the variety in game types. I apparently would make an awful pizza maker. Room to improve on graphics and audio, but overall solid work for a weekend!

Was a very nifty idea, however I do think that the difficulty curve was way too high. Going from "normal intelligence" to the next level was nearly impossible. Also, was the distracting background music playing over the "memorize the tunes" intentional? I ended memorizing the numbers instead. Overall a good idea for this theme.

I really like games that promote perfection, and this game certainly requires it. I fell on my face trying to understand what was happening during the first go-around since it began so quickly; however, the simple "Think fast"-style intro to the game was a great way to grab my interest. Great job overall, I like the pizza-creation puzzle :)

Really fun good job. I know i've been programming for several years but I still can't type that fast. Also you turned off music even though you had music. I wanted to vote on it :(

Writing minigame was a bit too hard for me. Other minigames were OK, but I didnt win the writing ones even once as the game didn't register my "<" for some reason :/

Very fun game even with an half brain on! I enjoyed the diversity of puzzles. The difficulty rises a little fast to my taste but maybe it is just that my head isn't fully working after 72 hours of jam.

@pabricka i definitely ran into some keycode issues when going from Windows->HTML so Id imagine there are a few issues with different keyboard manufacturers/language usage.. Didnt realize it would be an issue until there was <30 minutes left :( sorry about that for those who it broke the game for (@girania)

I love the "story elements"? If it's fair to call them that, haha. Sufficed to say I did not save humanity.
