I didn't see a download link on the itch.io page.

Ahh, I see you also went trough the "action game / dating sim" route :D

Such a odd game, great combination! I liked that the "date" part was almost a bit puzzle like, that you had to try and figure out the correct response for what mood the bullet/missile had, it's presentation is also very good! Definitely my favourite part.

It all falls a bit flat however because the "bullet-hell" section is rather shallow. The controls very restrictive, if your using a top-down type shooter I think a mouse aiming control would have been better, as for now its almost impossible to aim or hit anything without getting completely swarmed.
Also, the point of a bullet-hell is usually that you can "swim" in-between constant waves of bullets, your game sadly does not give you that option (especially with the heat-seeking missiles), making any tactic other then "running-away" non-viable in this mode. I would have liked it more I think if you made the bullet-hell part more of a traditional top-down-space-shooter, with the player at the bottom and bullets raining down from on top.

All in all a very fun entry and very fitting of the theme!

Much like the van dating sim, I now have the sudden urge to sit down in the shower and think about the choices that led to this moment.

So good job! The themes made for a fun combination and the individual elements were well-implemented. I dig it!

Great game. The dating reminded me of the fighting in The Secret of Monkey Island.

I love the way you did the help screen!! I found this game to be hilarious. Couldn't really tell whether or not shooting did anything, but i really didn't shoot much either. just wanted to see the clever dialogue

I loved the concept and the art of the little bullets and weapons were funny! It was pretty difficult to control though and I wasn't sure what answers were good or bad! Nice job finishing!

Great use of the theme on this one! First game I've played where you can persuade the bullets not to hit you haha it's a funny one. I like the music and the contrast between the action and the sappy parts made me laugh. I would like to see some kind of floor sprite just so it doesn't feel like you're floating through space but I had fun nonetheless. My highscore was 98. Good job!

@Balance686 yeah we had always planned to make a floor sprite, but due to schedulng issues we never finished all the graohics. But thank you

It certainly was an unexpected mix. Nice find. The controls felt a bit wobbly, maybe it would've felt smoother if the mouse was used for aiming. Also, enemy design could be improved, among all the rockets and bullets it's hard to make out the actual targets.

Really cool vibe, the shooting stuff needs a bit of polish but I like the concept!!
