So cool! Art is great and the game is very playable with challenging jumps and spikes. I'd want to play an extended version :)

Nice graphics, interesting story. I included it in my Ludum Dare 39 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AUyAsiiWQQ

Very pleasant simple game! The art is very "clean" if you know what I mean. Nice story that relates to the theme as well.

Cool game with a nice simple and clean aesthetic! It was really hard though! I spent a really long time on the second room with the "spikes" and when I finally managed to make the jump the room after that turned out to be even harder. So I ended up spending quite some time trying to make the jump, but I eventually did. After that it got easier I think (or I just got better). Overall it was a really fun little game that I enjoyed playing! The story going on as you progress is a really nice touch as well!

This is a very short and sweet game. I love the very crisp pixel art and the monochrome aesthetic combined with the drone of the machine in the background really set the tone well. I particularly like the dust particles and the little bit of screen shake when jumping. I like how the platforming is what actually advances the text, combining the story with the gameplay at least a little bit, although this occasionally led to weird pacing issues where you would move a little and then stop to read, only progressing inch by inch. Also, the jump over the wide spike pit was tough to the point of me questioning whether I was missing something. Despite these issues, I found myself really sucked in by the games atmosphere.

The controls felt really tight and were fun to play with. Jumping to advance the text is on one hand a neat idea, on the other hand I had to awkwardly stop jumping to read the text. The story kinda went over my head, and I head no real payoff or conclusion at the end. Maybe tell the story more directly, but that could just be me.

Good little game. The narration is interesting and the platform is challenging (but the wide spikes are little frustrating) and it was nice the the two was linked sometimes. However, I agree with @superpokeunicorn when he says that the reading occasionally led to weird pacing. The minimalist design works well. Good job !

Great job on this, the graphics were simple but worked really well. The low rez black & white fitted the mood nicely. The platforming was solid as well, didn't feel too floaty at all. Also enjoyed the story, and nice ending, not really got anything negative to say!

If the story was longer I could literally see this as a full game. Great work! Hope to see you next Ludum Dare!

Nice game. My favorite aspect was the commentary; that really stood out to me as unique. I wish that the game had a gimmick or gamepley mechanic that made it stand out from other platformers, though.

Great game, I enjoyed this one. Like others I really enjoyed the commentary. I loved that you made it change when you jumped. I jumped to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I don't know if I got a good grasp of what was going on, but it was well done.

I had a difficult time with some of the spikes in some areas, but your level design was good, and I didn't get too frustrated, because of how small the rooms were. (good job! I still have trouble with this.) I would of liked to have heard some music, but that is just my opinion. Great Job!
