Nice, simple, and fits the theme. I made it to 168 on my third try. Could maybe use some sounds for boxes breaking, boxes falling or player getting hit?

@jamie-reed Yea you right i could do that, but like you can hear, my sounds are not that good :/

Cool idea! Could have used a few UI assets to spruce it up but the core gameplay was good. Nice job!

Great job for putting the mechanics up. I love the concept. Maybe changing the boxes with actual stuff might be a good idea?

@earnso Yea it's a good idea, but i prefer make it simple for LD, more time spend on mechanics, less on graphics etc. so game'll have less bugs. Maybe i'll create "after LD" version of it. ;)

Nice game, I personally would have made the blocks/shadows get bigger, the closer the blocks would come to the ground so that you feel more engaged and "stressed" because you know whats coming. I would have also added some sounds to the blocks (like @jamie-reed already pointed out).

It took me a little while to figure out I was the capsule and could move around.

@gaweringo Yea i've tryed to do something with shadows but they doesn't work like i want so i just leave them be good point ;)
@fire-phantom7 no problem, you have controls written on my itch.io page ;) and settings in game.

@genpaku I would love to see that happen!

I honestly think you deserve an award just for making a jam game with rebind keys ;) I like that players can nudge each other slightly too. Nice one.

Great idea. The UI could use some polishing (obviously) and I think there should be an indication on the shadow to let the player know how close the block is to landing. Same idea for blocks that are about to disappear so that players can plan their route accordingly.

A survive platformer without the jump. Simple and really fun!

@1y1e thanks ;) But comments like yours are best award.

@rainysolar there was a jump but i think that game is better without it so i remove it ;)

Simple but fun! Like some others have pointed out, it would have been nice to see the shadows increase in size as the blocks get closer and give the game a real look instead of the standard unity shapes. It would also be nice to see the level become more difficult as time goes on. but other than that it's quite nice!

@jelbre hmm... level becomes more difficult as time goes one, block spawn faster more you stay alive ;)

@genpaku then perhaps try increasing the speed in which the level becomes harder? I stayed alive for around 300 "time" but didn't really notice it that much.

Nice fitting for the theme. Solo it's a bit lacking in fun in my opinion due to repetitive dodging. Maybe there could have been other types of obstacles to dodge (bigger boxes taking longer to break, or temporary blocked floor). Still a nice little game!

@jelbre roger that xD tried it but then it was to fast, I can make difficulties in "after LD" version ;)

Good game! Graphics are simple but effective. It could do with some guidance to start with, but it's pretty obvious how to play once the blocks start falling.

As others said, the game could use a little more work on the graphics and music sides of things, but you explained why you prefer to focus on programming and I didn't find a single bug so it's a valid reason.

Really fun! It could be fun to play it with some friends.......RIP ME! The UI is not so good and graphics not so good. But fun and the gameplay is working

Cool concept, but I think it is funnier with friends ^^' The music is a good point... but... you recorded yourself while playing, no ? I think I heard the sound of yourself hitting the instrument ^^ But I salute the performance ^^

Cool overall game :) Keep coding :)

@mathiouza Yes you right I recorded myself :( hmm... Funnier with friends you say. I'll think about online multiplayer via ip :)
Guys if you have any ideas let me know ;) more ideas more reasons to make better version :)

Really fun when you have 4 player on the screen. Possibility of ganging up on someone and then playing mind games using collision is a delight.

Looking past the basic presentation, it's actually pretty fun! The biggest thing I'd change: I wish the blocks already resting on the ground weren't fatal to touch. The point is mostly to miss the falling blocks, and getting done in by rogue brushes with inert blocks was more frustrating than fun. I get how that meets the theme (running out of space), but you could accomplish the same effect by them penning you in, a sitting duck for falling blocks.

But for real, good effort. Enjoyed my quick solo sessions and would totally give it a spin with the full 4 players!

Pretty rough in its execution, but a nice concept. I loved the tiny cubes particle effect!

I actually think the idea could be very nice for a minigame. the movement speed should be the main adjustment for a hug increase in fun!

Simple but fun! I did not expect such simple concept could be fun like this. I think the audio is a bit "relaxed" for the game. Maybe adding more sound effects could make it better. Overall, cool!

My best score was 198. The graphics are simplistic, but it has everything needed for a complete fun little game. Nice use of shadows as a warning for where the blocks will drop. There was a little bit of slowdown when there were a lot of blocks all falling at the same time. The UI could be cleaned up a little bit to replace the old style Unity GUI button components.
