Simple and cute. It seems to lack a death screen though, and it would be nice to hold a key instead of rapidly tapping. Good job.

Hey, this reminds me a little bit of Boulder-Dash. I like it, it's a solid game. A display for the time(out) would be nice.

@mitsu-artemius in this there is no death! :) just restart map (with small penalty). I did first version with hold key, but the game there was way too easy.

@shaggyfox Boulder-Dash FTW!!! :smiley: Timeout "ticker" should been with sounds, but I did realised two things: sound gets very choppy in this TIC-80 build and I have only ~20minutes to submit - so no TimeOut counter at all.

Thank you for comments :)

Neat little game! Fits the theme well, and it looks and sounds ok! Only complaint is that at times things seemed confusing, and werent really explained well. Overall, its a cool game!

@purrfexionator Thank you. I just added base time span for each world shrinking into description.

Great game! First Tic-80 game I have played in the jam and it's really well put together. Just the right length of game that I got to finish it and get to try out all of the powerups along the way. Well done!

I like the art style im a sucker for low res high appeal sprites. The controls were uncomfortable, i feel hold direction to move would be better. Audio was a bit harsh. Overall good effort.

Great entry, only complaint is the game was too short for me. would have loved to have seen more levels.

@scott-purcival thank you.
This will come in DLC expansion pack for 49,99 on Zteam Platform - you will get 99levels with lots of new power-ups and better resolution!

;) :D I'm joking.
During the 48h I had idea for next two levels but instead of running out of space in TIC-80 memory I just were running out of time... :)

It remembers me to Bomberman, but I like yours better.

Very simple game but it works. I think it would be a good idea to notify the player when they've picked something up and let them know when the arena is about to close in by a block so they can time their route a bit better (add some strategy).

Fun little game, nice and simple. I liked the sound as well! I felt like making it through to the exit should have given out some points too, as I ended with -25 points but had a victory, lol.

@doomshmuck hint ;) : you can „chop” some walls if you have spare time and pickaxe :)

@paden-shorey I was struggle a little with sound to polish HUD for the game (add timeout counter) however - you can't die here, so you can try strategy as much you want :)

@tontonpizza thank you!

It's alright: respectable entry for learning TIC-80. I did find myself quickly dashing to get the mining axe: it's reusable? Because I just ran to get it and dug right to the exit, so the game felt 'mastered' almost immediately.

@sewerbird however if you get other p-ups you will get more points :) but yeah, not every aspect of tactic is well balanced ;)

Hey kamilko nice small game, I enjoyed running the cave nude and while audio was nice with that retro crisp. If I had few enemies which i could make go boom as well could be super fun if you develop the game further! Overall simple and solid game, definitely opens options to take further and possibly even add some spelunky flavour for good fun!

@t8kk thank you very much. It could be a larger project, but TIC-80 is not the best tool for this. And with changing tool and polishing more and new maps, or rework the sound (which is very "different" on TIC-80 than in other platforms) this will not be "game jam project" :) So ...I don't know. Definitely such game will not looks like this any more.

I liked the hectic pace of running thru the mazes to get tools to clear a path to the door. Wish there were more levels. Really good game.

Thank you for sharing your game with me. I played it on my stream tonight at https://www.twitch.tv/saoigames

I have rated your game, but all of my feedback was captured in the stream. It was in the middle.

@saoi-games thank you for playing on stream :) It was really good to see how many things was wrong in this game :)) when someone who's playing was not involved in design/development process. Thank you very much :)
