I think the ideas that you had for this game do show through the short gameplay experience that you offer, but the game suffers from lack of development and some graphical choices that I wasn't quite on board with (erasing text with paint and just writing on top of it freehand, for example).

I think that if you took some more time to develop it and dig deeper into the ideas you had, this game would have been better and more enjoyable. As it is, it's a bit too basic and incomplete for me to give you any other specific or useful feedback.

Will we ever learn what happened to the third guard? Sequel materia (FF7 reference, illuminati confirmed?)

I too know what it's like to set myself on fire by jumping out of a window after another guy had already done that, and somehow breaking the glass again that he broke, and you really cAP(S)TURED THE FEELING!
