No One's Land by tenshi42
No One's Land is a split-screen territory conquest game.
Plant towers to mark your territory.
Put mines and throw bombs to counter your opponent.
Play it with a friend, or try the "vs AI" mode (don't judge it too hard 😅).
Objectives
Capture territories by building towers and closing space.

Bomb your opponent’s towers to make him lose territories.

The player with the most free space acquired at the end of the time wins!

Notes
- Towers have 2HP.
- Walls have 1HP.
- Towers and walls do not count as free space for the final score.
- By going in a direction while you put a bomb, you can throw it away.
- Your own mines and bombs do harm you and your buildings. Watch out for rebounds!
- Base camps are indestructibles, but you can destroy the opponent extensions (and your own).
- The AI is called Timmy. Be gentle with him.

AI seems to throw bombs somehow. But still quite good.
The gameplay is innovative and in the theme. Too bad the graphics could not be finished. Maybe with more time the game will become even better!
Timmy does his best but sometimes gets stuck, its also pretty hard to hit a wall or player with a bomb, feel like i killed myself more often than the target because of rebounds haha.
You need to hold R then T and once they are hold, release T and then R.
I have also bugs like this in my game so it's ok, it allows me to destroy the IA and it was satisfying haha
@hiinds Well seen, we gonna make a post-jam patch to fix some issues and improve a bit Timmy.
I can see the link with the theme even if i think you only concentrated on the notion of "space" and kinf of left out the "running out" part. But i'm being harsh, graphics are really good (the style made me think of a friend of mine, i'll show him your game someday), gameplay works really well and you made the effort to put some music.

Great job! I think this should be turned into a big game!
The rest of the game also works preeeeetty well, graphics are simple and nice - the UI and input customization menu is such a great feature. Gameplay-wise, those mechanics are really simple to apprehend and this feels like a great basis for a party game. It also runs smoothly, with an impressive absence of bugs... This is really well made, congratulations !
Oh and please add an option to listen to the title music during the game! It’s so more relaxing! :-)
