I really like the music and sound effects. I also really like the character art style. let me ask you a question: do you see the zombies as destroying the land or as infecting it? When I shot an enemy if my first bullet hit I think the next ones, if the bullets would have hit the zombie, don't fly out and apply damage without hitting or maybe just teleport. I couldn't kill the ghosts without using the super power. Is that on purpose?

I like to think of them as vegan zombies eating my crops or something
Damn ghosts :/ got me everytime
I kinda suck at it, because I don't have a mouse (using notebook's touchpad)
Simple idea, nice little guys. The colours work ok in the game but in the title it kinda hurts my eyes.
The music is cool and thrilling

I thought the shots were not super accurate and did not know how to use the sword. Some controls would have been nice. I enjoyed the artwork and the gameplay, though.

1112 was my high score! Good entry overall, having to juggle the ghost enemies and the ever-encroaching zombie horde played really well. The sound was also nice, as was the high-contrast nature to the art.

That said, it was held back by a few bugs I noted.

- The first hit on a zombie meant that successive bullets didn't actually fire, but hit-scanned.
- I sometimes got stuck on green edge tiles and had to move sideways inward while strafing away from ghosts, which was frustrating.
- The UI for HP and special attack was not visible in a "restart" game, so I had to quit and re-load.
- While not a bug, I didn't notice the question mark button until my 3rd run, so I had no idea that the blue bar was a special attack. Maybe including this as a normal menu item under "How to Play" would be more obvious.

Again, nicely done on a fun entry! :smile:

This is a really strong entry! The difficulty curve feels so natural. Keeping it simple with a really fun core loop is definetly the way to go! Looking forward to seeing what yoh do in the future!

I loved the game as a whole, although I agree with @HIM that the ghosts make the game a little too difficult I think. I really really liked the implementation of the theme. Well done!

Fun to play and well polished with details like screen-shake. The gameplay is quite standard but the shrinking of the level based on the enemies made it much more interesting to play. Good sound effects and good that you added some music! The difficulty level was perfect for me and I also liked the progression o increasing difficulty over time.
