It is a management game set in space, with retro vibes. We want it to feel like something out of a science-fiction comic from the 80's !

You will control a crew of astronauts set out on a mission with no destination : how long can you fend off asteroids and fulfill your duty ?

You will lose parts of your ship over time... And soon space will become an issue.

Many more mechanics are yours to discover ! Are you up for the challenge ?

Tutorials may be found in the Newgrounds description, and In-game.

Cool game. Had a little trouble figuring out what I had to do at the start (took me several tries until I figured out most of it) so the tutorial could be improved upon a little. Why does the oxygen go down even when you have an oxygen tank/container filling it up? But overall it's an interesting, challenging and fun game to play. Really liked the atmosphere.

the game I played the longer, hate the tutorial, but love the rest so much, the mood is awesome, the concept is simple but engaging, the art is kul af, feels really relaxing with those sounds and feedbacks

the down part is that I can't have an astronaute waifu (^:

jokes aside, damn nice game !

@narudgi Thank you :) I'll try to improve on the tutorial later

About the waifu... You might want to try "Extreme" mode ;)

Great game, it's really fun. Brilliant idea, kind of reminds me of FTL with the whole crew / manning systems thing (which is a really good thing). excellent visuals and audio. decent level of challenge. I will definitely keep playing. It matches the theme quite well. quite a good experience in general, not just for a 72 hour game.
Good job!

Amazing job guys, really liked the visuals and general feel of the game. In my humble opinion *light* astronaut animations would give a bit more life to the inside of the ship. I liked the soothing sound track, but there were some technical issues as at some times the audio was clipping, most likely due to a lack of fades in the audio track. Very easy fix tho. Great idea with the scrolling down mechanic to shoot the asteroids - merges two classic game genres seamlessly.

Anyway, my favourite game so far, cheers!

@firepit-games @mackandrius Thank you so much for your heartwarming comments :D about the characters animations, we did think about it but lacked time... Perhaps in a later update for the game ? I will look into the audio issue you are talking about. Have a nice day !

Really solid entry, the game is quite complex to dive in, however once you understand the basics, you can enjoy the depth of the gameplay. I only feel that the game doesn't notify me with clear enough feedbacks when I'm about to hit an asteroid, or when an astronaut is done with his task, but the overall mood sets up quite a pleasing experience.
Well done!

Scored 7306. Really interesting game, took me a while to figure everything out but I think that's part of the fun.

It takes some time to understand all mechanics, but after that, it's totally fun !

Well done!
It's a really fun game, I like the mecanism of putting astonauts and shoot asteroids by changing view.
Fit the theme, good job!

Great graphics; character art was stylized and text was stunning. Definitely felt like a polished product. You did a great job of portraying an overall space atmosphere, too, with the sounds and color palette. I can tell a lot of thought went into this game! :)

@boumusic @somuch @sebbernery @kubenexion @heidi Thank you @somuch for your appreciation !! I am glad you got into it despite the initial complexity. I am thinking about a reworked, slow-paced tutorial that would make the game more accessible, but I can't release it before the jam ends, as that would be kind of cheating...

Anyways, thank you for your support ! :)

Well that was a massacre but I sure sent a lot of data lol. Amazing job, it was well worth getting the fullscreen version. And the whole game feels completely based on the theme. Can't think of any criticism that wouldn't feel like being nitpicking, great work for a two men team.

That was actually much deeper gameplay than I expected, the only issue I really had was that it can sometimes be awkward to place crew. Also, your shop window currently states that the red box to discard is on the left, rather than on the right where it is actually placed.

### Holy shit

I was super impressed by this game.
The amount of detail included in this really hooked me. At first, it took me a little bit to realize how the subsystems operated, and the way to manage oxygen/data but once it started clicking, the the ship was super exciting to operate. Making optimal use of scrap/crewmembers was fun to explore and I wish there were more items to collects through my collector and more upgrades to purchase. My last playthrough I scored 2677 on normal difficulty.

Nice game with nice concept. Tried on easy and extreme difficulty. The record on extreme is 8885. A bit confused playing first time, but IMO controlling the ship at with one austronat is a way too easier than having a team. Also the sudden death with asteroid which is not showed on radar confused too. Still I enjoyed it

Instant reminder of FTL and I loved every bit of your game! Very hard to get into especially if you are looking to quickly play and rate a few games. It's very deep and complex and I will come back to play it when I have more time :) I couldn't figure out how to get new canisters when I scrapped them because the magnet wouldn't collect. But I might have misunderstood what to do when getting hit by an asteroid!

I thought this was a nice game. What scared me was how the setting could actually be realistic. Good Job!

There is so much in this game that it can be overwhelming from the start. Took me a bit to understand what was going on. The music and mood is well done and it's a complete game so good job overall!

I loved the storytelling and the intro of this little management game! The atmosphere is really successful and immersive! I think a few visual and audio feedbacks could improve the game experience by making it easier for the player to know what he can do and what he needs to do to progress! However, I really enjoyed the gameplay and oppression offered by the vastness of space! Great job! :)

By the way please feel free to leave us some feedbacks on our game!
