Bewildering burial action!

An action game where you must carry out various tasks in a graveyard to keep your job.

Gameplay

The goal of the game is to keep your job and complete the stages.

To keep your job you must keep your boss happy. To keep the boss happy you must water flowers and repair tombstones if they get damaged (look out for birds!).

You must also bury caskets and lay wreaths when new customers arrive.

IMPORTANT: I forgot to include it in the title screen instructions, but the 'B' key or Spacebar will consume an enery drink.

Great entry! I can see a lot of effort went into the graphics, they turned out really well. The gameplay is quite fun, and the sound effects add a lot to the experience.

Oh man it is a terror to play, you hold a coffin and chased by a ghost.

The graphic and sound make the terror feeling very real!

Very nice game! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum Dare 42 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/VOykmSuQEhg

This is a really great game! It looks ace, feels like a proper old school arcade game. I like the increasing challenge by introducing more ghosts and more complicated graveyard layouts

I totally forgot about needing water and for ages thought the game was bugged because I couldn't fix anything anymore. I think maybe just making the water counter flash or something when you try to fix anything when you have no water would maybe help that.

But yep great work!

I like the pictures. The sound when a bird damages a tomb-stone is great.

It's awesome ! I like !

Nice game. Feels very arcade-y with the graphics and the gameplay loop it has. Nice that there are a variety of things to take of, and that the graveyard degrades over time while you're attempting to take care of the new tasks.

Really nice game! Loved the graphics and sound effects. Reminded me of games on the SNES era consoles. It would of been good if in the game you had instructions to show what flowers looked like that needed watering etc.

That was a very spooky horror game. Couldn't have made it if it weren't for that lazy but brave boss.

Very nice! I really like the sfx, especially the bird flaping sound for some reason. The gameplay is fun although i was a bit confused at first as to what to do. It's a shame it doesn't have music because I feel like it would have helped to bring the mood.

There are details in your game that makes it feel very complete (sound effects, visual feedback). Also the music and art work are amazing. I am not really a fan of this kind of game so for me the level was a bit busy. I would wish to have some levels before that breaking things down to each task so I could remember and practice doing that one task before combining them altogether. Maybe its just my taste. Otherwise, thats some great great work in that short amount of time!!
