I like the art a lot :) It's a well done game, but, a bit annoying because you can't really structure where to put things because you don't know what will come. I like the humor in the tutorial as well!

It was simple and yet fun I liked the sound effects (people talking to the lobby and fitting music during the levels)

Took me a little bit to figure out how the unique system worked. Perhaps if there was different feedback for dragging a unique into a tray that has 0 uniques left vs dragging a box onto a wall by accident.

But once I figured it out. I enjoyed it. Nice colours and atmosphere. And the boss is a classic middle management dingus. Awesome stuff.

This is crazy! I actually recognized you (from last jam) in the comments of another game (avatar) and found my way here! Good to see you're still in this. And quite a nice game too. Very beautiful. Fun too, fits the theme, Good job!
Its a bit challenging, especially without knowing whats to come. In a weird way it benefits from replays so you "learn" the level. (doesn't change right?). Could benefit of collision warning (going red, or maybe not knowing is part of the challenge) Also, can keep playing during game over.

Cheers!

@joh Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it. The levels are the same with the same boxes each time so you can learn from previous tries
(though I considered a challenge mode that's all random) I do have a collision warning but it's just an audio cue. You're right that it could benefit from a visual cue too. Thanks for the feedback!

@tomg that's a great idea! Maybe I could have the display showing unique item limit flash a warning or play a unique audio cue. And yeah, unfortunately that boss personality comes from experiencing them first hand. Thanks for playing!

Very nice entry, I really enjoyed your take on the theme, your art and the music was also very fitting.

The unique system is in itself a space limitation which *doubly* enforces the theme! I really enjoyed playing your game, well done!

Nice graphics! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum Dare 42 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/sgI7Z7NA6tk
