Into the Light by Naemis
Play against waves of enemies but be prepared to get overwhelmed by enemies that swarm you. It's a bit slow paced, but picks up in difficulty immensely.

A Lightbulb moves its way to each tunnel that's created.

I did it! Stayin awake for more then 25 hours is worth it. Buggy, but this was a little bit overly ambitious on my part. Pulled an all nighter to make this ;_;! The art and animations I feel like were really good and there were still a lot of things I wanted to change about it. But oh well. Gave it my best shot.
My first Ludum Dare by the way :D
Things I've used to create this:
- Game Engine: Game Maker Studio 2
- Music and Sfx: Audacity/Soundtrap
- Art: Aesprite/In-Game Maker Art Plugin

@Alpagakira Thanks! Spent restless nights working on this :D
Other then that, glad you enjoyed it :D
@mrjorts I actually have a lot of sound effects for the game, I just didn't have time to add them because the game was virtually unplayable the last 2-3 hours and had to fix it haha.
If to give some constructive feedback:
· Wish there was something I could do to either avoid the little ones, or kill them, maybe time itself?
· The mood was awesome, but the pixels were a bit big for the resolution, consider using less pixels for the same information and the game will look even better!
Super cool entry, one of my favs, good job!
@manusaiz Oh! You're the person who made Grandma Knight! Thanks for the feed back :D I didn't have time to add any more mechanics to the game (like dodging per se), I was literally stressing out because I didn't implement the wave system 3 hours before the compo ended and I never done a wave system before xD.
Thanks for the feedback, it means a lot. Yeah it does feel a little tight. Will toy around with it more.
The mood is pretty cool ,great job
