Great job! These type of games where you tell a story normally feel dull and boring to me, but you did a pretty good job of mixing that up with action sequences. The timed areas really add to the stress of the mood. Awesome entry!

Loved the progression but in my opinion pixel art doesn't look that great when its so big.

besides the ground and the dying animation, this game looks amazing! the music tracks are also great and they really fit the situation. The Story was good, but you should be able to speed up the cutscenes like in the backstory. The biggest flaw of this game is the end. The meteors were just unpredictable, the hitbox was to big, and i was even hit by one that was off-screen! but it is still a really good game. I'm impressed that this is a game jam game. this seems like a week or more of work. good job!

@monkosum Thank you so much for playing our game and finding the time to give us feedback. We are sorry for the ending level. We kind of rushed it since we were running out of time. We will try and avoid mistakes like this in the future.

Good story, but I think that the player hitbox was big.

I love the atmosphere and story in this game. The music really sold it. The actual platforming, however, could use some work. It felt unfair when I was hit by the falling rocks because the character moved to slow for me to react to them.

I know it is narrative game but gameplay was boring and frustrating :< Meteors can spawn in front of you face and not reseting timer after death is really bad idea. Audio and graphics are nice

@ectucker1 @coedo Thanks for playing our game and reviewing it. Again, we are very sorry about the last level. It was done pretty much with rush.

I like the energy you've put on things that makes the game look alive, such as screenshake, black fading screens, raining firelumps and such; thay're really nice. It's a cute narrative, bu I'd wanted some way to fast forward the text when you read faster than it writes itself. I was also a bit confused on where I was, since I wanted to get back the way I came, but had to go a completely different way. It wasn't much of a problem though since there weren't many options on where to go. The colours are fitting and the game is overall nice.

"Oh no that was such a good drill". LOL! I liked the concept of this game, some story some platforming good setting. The pacing was a bit slow for me and the jump puzzles a bit repetitive and felt like they were padding the game out to last a bit longer rather than adding something interesting but I'm seriously impressed with what you achieved for the Jam. Also the music really adds atmosphere. -RS

Great work! I, for one, liked the graphics very much. For a second the story combined with the graphics were very reminiscent of Dune (read it!). Big respect to my boy for building a grave stone for his fallen idol while his life is in danger. Thanks for the experience, @fingamer.
