Hit the blocks by KallThar

[raw]
made by KallThar for LD 40 (JAM)

My game is based on throwing bunch of cubes at bunch of spheres in VR. It is my first LD, first Unity project and first VR game. So it was really hard to make it in time. But somehow I made it and I hope you'll enjoy it :)

You will find yourself standing on a floating island with only one purpose: Destroy all spheres and as much of other stuff as possible. The only way to destroy anything is to throw it off the island using only the specified number of cubes you have. Beware, the task will not be easy.

Controls: - For selecting a menu item, point your control-wand at the button and press the trigger - For grabbing a cube, press and hold the trigger - For throwing the cube, release the trigger - For return to the menu press upper small button on your control-wand - For going to the next level of ranked play, press the touchpad (You will be allowed to continue only if you managed to throw all of the cubes of the island.

PS: There is a secret level at the end of ranked play. Bez názvu.png Bez názvu2.png

Hey KallThar. Thanks for explaining me the "1 Vote" entry on my game ;-)
Wish you good luck with your game. Can I play this with Cardboard? Or only HTC Vive?

@hackschnitzel I am sorry but Cardboard won't satisfy. :-/ You need the wand-control thingies :D But thanks anyway :) Maybe you will remember my game next time you stumble upon HTC Vive or similar device :)

@x-budsterized-x Glad to hear it! You could have asked ;-P It was available and I would really appreciate some testers. But no worries. I am sure you will be able to see it on One day with informatics or some other event that GameDev at MFF UK attends ;-)

Really cool that you made it in VR. Very basic gameplay though
