About
The game tells a short story about nature of money. Hope someone will get my metaphors :D
Goal is to run around the office and collect coins (Yep, that's not oranges). Then spend collected money on upgrades. Repeat until...
Conclusion
It was my first Ludum Dare and I can't express my emotions with words! (especially since my english is awful) I simply open my twitter, see hundreds of LDJam-tagged posts and just enjoy feeling of unity with other devs! Definately will participate in next events!
P.S.
I'VE MADE IT! Also, it would be great to have real money making machine...

Surprised a bit at first because it was looking more like orange than money but I enjoyed it.
I like the item idea, it forces user to replay just to test them ^^
I felt like the mechanics of the game didn't really support the game's story. At least not on an intuitive level. The game felt like one of those machines where they put you in and blow money everywhere and you leave elated. That along with the dancy music made me a little confused about the dark tone of the messages between levels.
That being said, this was one of the most fun games I've played so far!
Also was that firewatch at the end?
@seanw unfortunately you're right :D
I had to drop another idea about cat shop (it was a bite I couldn't chew) and it totally messed up my plans. That's why gameplay doesn't quite fit the story.
I already promised myself that next time i will not rush things too much.
And yes, last picture is inspired by Firewatch :)
I liked the music and the rest of the graphics though. And that everything was movable in the office. And the Upgrading system is also really nice.
Also i loved the ending! Great job!
2 You used the physics engine correctly. Such a mess office enhanced the mood very well
3 At first I thought the plot disjointed from the gameplay, for the game went happier and happier but the plot was telling something sad. That sounds preaching. Then I realized I did be enslaved by the game, for I would get angry whenever I made a mistake and failed to collect money. Until that I calmed out and noticed the game's color was going. That was good
4 The reversal in the ending was really surprising. Then I would like to say, such a the-plot-ruins-all-your-effort setting in game designing is really danger to use, because it will frustrate the players a lot. However, you used it on a correct point. The emotion it induced is neither angry or frustrated, but a more complex one. Good job!

I experienced a bit of performance issues once I had maxed out the money making machine. I didn't feel the workers were helping me much as I didn't see much of a boost in income when I had them.
Overall a fun game. Good entry!
IMO, one of the greatest game design I've tried in this LD !
Like others, I didn't really get the choice of the music. And also, you made my computer suffer!
