Man, this is just the "why haven't I thought of this" kind of game! It was fun playing this! Maybe I would just make the shooter part feel more "heavy" - more bullets, more rapid fire, more zombies (one-shot kill?). But still the best LD game I have played so far.

Very interesting idea, but I found some big bugs like disappearing or multiplying helicopter
and zombies were stacking on invisible walls... I believe that if you had more time this game would be more developed :)

Very innovative idea. I really like it.
Found one bug/problem while playing: If you stack up barricades centered up to the defence line, helicopters will start spawning non-stop because of instant collision with already placed objects.

Such a fun game! Really great use of the theme! Definitely one of the better games out there! Well done! PS. Just a tip - go try out a bunch of other entries and give some ratings and feedback to others. It helps others improve their games and learn - AND you will get a hell of a lot more ratings if you are rating other games. It's a pity to see such a great entry with only 2 ratings. You definitely deserve so many more

Also, I agree with @honey - I would love to see a bit more "bullet hell" like shooting if you decide to develop it further. some weapon upgrades like multi-shot or rapid fire. Would add so much to the game. But again, incredible entry for the jam!

Great concept, there's a lot of potential in this game ! Perhaps one of the best use of the theme I've seen so far.
Of course, there's a lot of negative things to say, for example the fact the game is too easy, and has an end (why not just unending waves of zombies spawning more and more until the inevitable death of the player ?), but I still really liked it !

What a trip! This communicates the theme exceptionally well. Polished graphics and mechanics. I could even turn the pieces like in Tetris! Had a fun time with this.

I'm grateful it was playable in browser too, since this is a nice game for a coffee break. Nice job!

the Tetris barricades mixing with zombie shooting is a very good idea fitting with theme very well. shooting is fun but could be more juicy. Also nice water effects (am i the only one to notice it :)

Nice idea, had to quit the game after a seemingly infinite amount of choppers spawned.

Ahahahah ! ^^ I found a cool bug ! If we do not have space to let the helicopter places the pieces, there are an hundred of these which come x)) Cool concept, This is really great I think !

Cool game, keep coding :)

Zombies meet Tetris. How convenient :) For some reason chopper multiplied after final piece was placed. Nice entry.

Really nice idea, I had the same bug that some others reported but found the game really well planned and executed overall!

Combine two incompatible game genres: Check.
Found it tough to play. Very good entry.

The game was a little bit easy to win, but nonetheless pretty entertaining. Well done, keep it up! :)

Really great take on the theme. I enjoyed that the themes were actually at odds with each other, and that if you were shooting two well, your barricades would build up to much and such. Overall great job. :)

Generally great!

I will say that I wish you could control the debris helicopters with WASD in addition to the arrow keys. I'm playing on a laptop with a track pad and I had to cross my hands in order to play comfortably. It's well executed, though, and the graphics are nice.

Good job!

Really neat idea! And a pretty original one too, like most games in this LD this year, lots of multitasking to get the job done here!

That was satisfying! Great concept, good execution. I want more of this! It would be a great candidate to expand (add upgrades maybe?) and put on Kongregate or a similar portal.

My only complaint was that sometimes it was hard to read, visually, what was coming down from the helicopter at any given moment.

Cool idea, sometimes a bit difficult to see what block you have and where you are placing it. But good idea and good execution.

I enjoyed the combination, feels they did have a negative impact on each others game play, and your natural instincts. The slight downside I found was that there was no reward for getting a "line", however, I cannot think how you would have rewarded it and it looked sensible. I basically ended up having my stack grow up and up since lines didnt clear. I think the idea was to leave the zombies alive longer so they clear lines for you, but by then you'd already built up high and the problem snowballs. I did find it hard to see the shape under the helicopter too. Was fun to find myself struggling to multitask too :D

This game is awesome. Tetris zombie defense is a great idea that I would have never thought of. I like how the barriers will help as well as hurt you, so it has some interesting strategy.

Well, this combination sure works better than I expected. Good game. The only problem is that the chopper makes it hard to see the tetramino sometimes.

What a great game! It sure does get hard towards the end when your screen start filling up with barriers.

The game is greeat. Very well applied mechanics. I would add a random running zombie to complicate things more.

it's like "i make the game about zombie were player can shoot from machine gun and throw junk in zombie horde!"
it sound good and cool but... i think you need change some little tetris mechanic because it's some little strange when helicopter can't throw car if have something on his path)

I love the idea! Amount of content in the game is obviously small right now, but I really want this to be further developed! Best of luck.

Very nice idea! I like the graphics, sfx and the game mechanics. In my opinion the helicopter and the propellers movement are a bit confusing and, despite the opacity, it's not always clear to see the block shape.. maybe you could use another way to carry the blocks, for example a crane. However very good, funny and challenging game!

Nice combination of genres, but the web version is a little bit laggy for me. Additional Windows build may fix this issue.
Great job, anyway!

Nicely done! I lost because I built too many barriers, ha ha. Didn't realize there was a penalty for that. :) Anyway, good work overall, and neat concept!

Loved it I like the balance mechanic the more I think about it of not killing everyone just enough to let them deplete the blocks while you place them. It's a fun game. I also like how hard it is to make out the tetris pieces. all the art and sound is great. well done.
