Nice graphics.

There are a few things that could be improved:
- The camera feels weird, but I'm not sure why. Maybe it should be a bit higher up.
- It's sometime hard to see, where you're going because of the camera. If the robot is so close to the camera you can't really align stuff.
- You start out really slow. It's an endless *runner*, not endless *walker*
- The left/right movement is really slow and feels kinda weird.

But otherwise well implemented.

Cute robot! I included it in my Ludum Dare 39 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tnbJWl_w0c

@smbe19 we will look into the camera problems! initial speed was improved! ... Thanks for the feedback!

Nice endless runner.
Audio is very nice addition.

I think giving player control (left/right) during jump could feel better - did you test that?

@jackkm we didn't test it, we thinks that this way will be a little more difficult but it's a good idea test it now and see how it is! Thanks

Cool. I feel like it didn't really get harder as time went on, maybe it should ramp up difficulty faster, or I felt like I could play forever. Endless runner indeed

Solid entry, I love the little robot and the sound effects. Would love to see more obstacles as you progress, but I enjoyed the challenge that came with speeding up. Well done! (high score: 255)

Well done. Sound++, music++ :) It even has animations. I scored over 330.

Very enjoyable! Only constructive comment I have is that sometimes right at the start of the level, when the camera is still swinging into position behind the robot, there will be an obstacle you can't see until the camera finishes moving and it's too late to dodge.

This was a really nicely put together endless runner. You've got lots of sensible obstacles to avoid that might otherwise damage a small robot. The level gets progressively more difficult as you run faster and need more energy the further you get. Animations seem on point if a bit rough. Good stuff overall.

I think my only feedback would be the camera angle could be a bit higher on the screen, or maybe an option to move it around with the mouse. I found it hard to gauge some distances when jumping or moving to line up with a battery. It would also give you a chance to glance ahead at upcoming obstacles and plan out how you want to avoid them, or maybe not bother trying to get some battery because it's too close to a barrier.

Otherwise I thought this was solid. It feels like an endless runner I could easily see getting popular on the mobile platforms. The graphics are simple and probably wouldn't lag out a phones graphics. I'd say you should refine this and release it as a full finished product. You could add some skins you can unlock, touch up the graphics and add some more backgrounds, and then toss in a little cute story and you'd be golden.

@sethr at some point become nearly impossible, maybe we need to tweak the speed ramp

@pilly @pcmaster Thanks!

@yirggzmb Yes! that problem came with a last minute change in the initial speed! we need to solve that!

@larrychupacabra Thanks for the showcase! We are glad you like our game! I hope we can polish and deliver a great post game jam version!, We will tweak the camera position for a better experience!

Pretty good for a LD entry with a two man team! I really liked the procedural level design! A few tweaks would really add to the game-play though. First of all, when I started the game I got hit nearly every time by an obstacle That couldn't be avoided. The camera does this really nice sweeping movement, and the game should take a second for that to occur before it starts moving forward. There should be a zone in front of the starting line with no obstacles allowing the player to move left or right to be able to dodge the first obstacle. The pit was too difficult to see the first time I came across it. Once you know its there its fine, but the texture withing the hole should resemble a hole. A thin dark tube the circumference of the pit could easily solve this issue. Also pick ups float over holes making it seem that much more like the floor is there. If the player had control of the duration of the jump mechanic I think this would also help. Great job with the animations!

cool game but less that a minute in i fall into a pit you should put the obstacles a bit further back.

Solid runner, gameplay is pretty good and I liked the audio. The controls were a bit weird, I would expect jumping to take into account your horizontal movement instead of just locking you going forwards. The obstacle randomization was a bit rough at times, there were a couple attempts where I had a pit right at the beginning that I could barely react to. Some empty space at the beginning might help there. Still pretty fun, nice work!

Neat. I like it. I think it's a bit of a cheat that an oilcan is hazard, not a boon. I love the sound (it keeps me pumped) and the music loop too. Nice work!

nice and fun runner. The music loop is a little annoying. The difficulty seems to be constant. Ramping it up could make the game more challenging. Good game

Good sounds and not bat at all mechanics and animations. The movement feels somehow strange, but doable. Sometimes there is a battery right before an obstacle, making it impossible to grab it without hitting the obstacle. After playing a while, the game feels like it's the same. Still, a nice submission :)
