I see a lot of people complaining that there seems to be no game over or real consequence, so I wanted to clear that up. Eventually, if tenants don't trust you enough, they will end up moving out and trashing the place. It seems that I've made that feature too lenient! I also didn't have time to build UI for displaying a tenant's trust, so it makes it harder to make informed decisions.
