Neat character designs. Like the idea and how you've animated without spriting them.

I like it, it ran really well. I would just recommend some kind of volume option in a small ESC menu. Cheers :)

Game looks very nice!
Please don't name the file LDjam44.zip, it leads to confusion.
Would have been nice to have start and pause menus with quit options rather than the esc to kill, but it's not a huge deal.
gameplay was alright. I do like grab and throw mechanics, it would have been cool if there was a little more skill to getting people into the hole, maybe they could break out of your grip and you'd need to regrab them, or the target could be harder to hit.
sound was nice, good job.

Best graphics I've seen so far. And I love how the gameplay ties into the art, making it fun to search for the needed character. Only complaint is that sometimes people would walk into the well on their own and I'd take damage which didn't feel fair. But really great stuff!

Hahahah! It reminds me of throwing Cuccos on various Zelda games, the npcs actually behave kinda like chickens - I guess it would be a twist to have the player be a chicken :thinking:.

Only issue is suicidal npcs dealing damage to the player when they kill themselves.

Nice pixelated graphics; if they where animated to have a walking effect, aswell as the dust, it would add so much!

Cool little game! Took my one failed try to figure out, what to actually do. The art is amazing, looks very polished and professional. The gameplay itself seems very simple, but it's working. Would've been cool if there was something more going on gameplay wise. Picking up the guys was a bit imprecise at times and I had to readjust sometimes and press space again and again. Also, the npc's seemed a bit suicidal ;) They quite often just ran straight into the pit. Poor souls.
