An entry for Ludum Dare 42 - Running Out of Space.
Made by Colorfiction. Hi I'm a solo dev and this is my first LD, woo! Made all the shaders, code, textures, models and music in 72 hours so didn't have enough time to perfect the fps controls so used Unity's prefab character controller. Hope you enjoy the Maze :)

Trying to go down always leads to dead end :)
All in all this game is one of the my favorite of this jam. beautifull shader and music, insane mechanics. I like this kind of puzzle games. I hope you'll continue the dev, with, may be, a little more info about what i'm supposed to search ^^

I didn't really like the movement. It felt clunky and I kept getting stuck on the level. Sometimes, when you go too fast it looks like the level doesn't load in fast enough, which lead to me getting trapped in a wall.
Overall, I like the art direction and sound, but the gameplay is a bit sparse.
I think this could work well with portals :)
My biggest problem is that I don’t really know if it's a walking simulator, a puzzle game or a mechanic driven... survival game? If it's a walking simulator, more focused on the experience, then the player shouldn’t need to restart, there should always be a way forward and if not, possible to backtack to where you came from. If it's a puzzle there should be some way to figure out how it works. If it's a survival game then you want to master the system, get to know it and get better at it. I find that a little frustrating, mostly because it feels so great the first minutes, but I had to give up not finding the after multiple retries.
Awesome game!)
The concept is great, and I think with a bit more polishing this could actually be pretty good, I wish that there was some instructions before the game starts though, i found myself running in an enclosed room for about 4 minutes before i got a bit nauseous, the claustrophobia was real
other than that, music was fitting, concept was good, movement while a little bit flunky wasnt that bad at all, i like it.
This game still is my favorite of this jam !
If you don't bother take a look at our game when we focused on Graphics and visuals and see the results that we got:
