Cute concept. Kind of feels a little hollow with no music.

It's great. Gameplay feels nice, audio and visuals feel minimalistic, rather than simplistic. Really liked level design. The game has nice difficulty curve and throws different challenges each level. The only complaint, really, is that most of the time, fights happen completely off screen. You are shooting someting off screen and dodging bullets that are coming off screen, so you just hold the button until they stop. But overall, it's a simple game well done

Good concept and idea but execution lacks a bit of polishing. Don't get me wrong, like it was explained already, difficulty curve ramps properly, mechanics are explained on spot and there is also a nice variety of "puzzles". I enjoyed controlling the big orange guy

I was missing some timer on explosive units, some obstacles which I could use in my advantage to re-organize the troops and similar. Further more, shooting off-screen felt like easy victory.

Congratz for reaching the finish line!

I really like this, it doesn't look like graphics and audio had very much time spent on them, but you made some interesting puzzles given the limited time. If you spent more time making more levels that are more challenging I think it would be a pretty good puzzle game. I also like that you are given some extra guys in case you loose some to enemies, so that you don't have to worry about being perfect, yet you still have to be conservative with them.

Really clever use of the theme, I would love to see a more polished version of this.

I actually really enjoyed that. You put a great twist on the squad genre and executed it really nicely. I finished the game and enjoyed it throughout very much so. It plays almost like a puzzle game with the amount of potential planning that could potentially be needed for some levels.

Main things to improve on would for one be having at least _some_ sort of music (bad but fitting music is still better than no music) and adding a bit more juice to the gameplay (more screen-shake, particles etc).

Otherwise this is one of the mot fun games I've played so far in the Jam, thanks for making! :D

Thank you for sharing your game with me. I played it on my stream tonight at https://www.twitch.tv/saoigames

I have rated your game, but all of my feedback was captured in the stream.

You can hear my comments in the archive at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/347117071

I couldn't record the video of the game because OBS didn't want to play nice with GameMaker Studio, but I tried to describe what I was seeing.

Sorry for the poor quality.
