I like the idea of not letting the player get away from the base too far. Good job :)

Wow interesting direction with the theme. It's cool how the player's solar panel automatically directs itself towards the sun. Overall nice concept, and well executed. Max score 22 btw.

I really like the idea presented to be solar powered but having terrain block out your energy.

REALLY tough game. I've gotten up to 5 so far.

I really don't like how the player gets stuck on the sides of things while jumping.

Nice! Aside from a few hiccups like getting stuck on the edge of platforms, the fact that it seemed like you could shoot through the top box but not the bottom one, and the fact that when I launched the game in the default resolution it meant the score display was off screen it was quite fun to play! The jump was very floaty, which could be good or bad depending on how you intended it. It meant that I had to worry more about prioritizing what enemies to shoot. My strategy evolved into hanging around the middle platforms where I could jump into the light to recharge, and just ducking down to the bottom layer whenever enemies approached. Adding a top box/crystal where the light is could be interesting, but it may be too much to deal with. Nice work!

Cool game! I liked the opposing goals of staying near the light source and defending targets that are hidden from it. Simple, effective mechanics. My only gripe was with the jump, which felt too slow for a game that demands immediacy. Good entry. Thanks for sharing!

One of the best interpretations of the theme so far.
I especially liked your shadow (I always wanted to have in a 2D game wit unity some, but didn´t get to it). Additionally you made a gameplay element out of it.
Good job!

Difficult game! I actually like the feel of the jump mechanic - not sure if it was intentional, but the floatiness of it made for an interesting challenge. The only frustrating part was that I "stuck" to the sides of platforms, which slowed me down & caused me to lose a few times. Unique concept overall :)

a few bugs, but a great interpretation of the theme nonetheless. I enjoyed the ability to try different strategies and the mechanics had room for depth. great game overall!

Got 11 points after 4 tries. Pretty challenging. Took me a bit to figure out that shooting uses energy if I am in the shadow.

This is a pretty clever idea. I'm not sure that the weapon should be full-auto, since if you actually fire it that way you run out of power extremely quickly.

Nice entry, I like the idea a lot. It need a bit of tweaking I think, maybe the jump should go lower and faster, so you can change level fast. I also think you should be able to shoot through the purple crystals, as it is very difficult to change side with the big jump. Also the shadow doesn't work on the HTML5 version, maybe an option to active? Anyway, keep up the good work.
