It's a pretty nice little game. Some music would be nice, but understandably this is Ludum Dare- no one ever has time to make much music.
Best of luck to you, this game is really quite good :)

I like platformers!

Cool design, you learn the mechanics on the fly very easily. Fun animation also!

The background could be a little darker, so the eye can see better the tiles :)
Also the trap might be more visible (maybe taller spikes?)

Amazing entry, while designing my game I had something similar in mind but I could figure out a nice clean way of delivering a mechanic like this, great job!

I really like the game idea!, nice platformer.. i would like the batteries control didn't change automatically after i get into the charge station, i lost several time because of it! Nice Job!

Great idea! The animations of the character looks amazing. Love the style of this game! The only thing which frustrated me is that it's hard to see the spikes on the ground and for a couple of times i didn't know why i died. The collision on the spikes happens a little bit too early. Over all a great idea and solid realization. Enjoyed it. Well done! :)

great game! enjoyed the mechanics and graphics. no music, but that's okay (we're programmers not composers ay)! has potential for growth, hope to see a more refined post-LD version!

I loved playing as a battery! The theme is very well conveyed, both through the character design/graphics, as well as the power indicator above the main character. The controls were a tad sensitive, which caused me to lose a lot, but otherwise the platforming was solid. Great game!

That last level was great. Fantastic level design all around, really enjoyed the puzzle platforming aspect and thinking about my strategy before moving. I wish there would've been more visual/audio cues (I didn't immediately see that the switch retracted the spikes), but that's a minor complaint. Visual style felt unified and I really like the battery sprites. Great interpretation of the theme, well done!

Really nice platformer, fun to play. Spikes colliders are definitelly too big, which makes player a little bit hard to controll. Overall really nice game, good job!

i liked level-design. Good job. I think it's need a little pause after your death so you will not instantly die again after death :D

Nice little game, but it was frustratingly difficult.. On my computer just a small tap on the right arrow made me run almost 3 blocks across, the controls were way too sensitive. I pretty much just gave up after 5 minutes on the second map.

The game looks incredibly promising and it reminded me of an old DOS platform game. With nice graphics too.

Okay, the game currently suffers a lot of fast movement (60 fps is too much for this game), a larger than life hitbox for spikes but a way too small one for floor tiles, a wall jumping mechanic that activates randomly and still costs you one energy level, a lack of indicating which battery you are controlling when multiple batteries are involved, the almost invisible spikes, and many other issues. But it's okay considering the game has only very few levels anyway.

Also the graphics looks really nice and it's a promising game.

Hello! Very nice game, I really enjoyed playing it. I think it could be great if you keep a suggestion of the controls during the gameplay, especially since you need to switch from batteries. Congratulations for the game 👍
